Since they found that it was an artery problem and fixed it, I would think as a result his hearing came back but they don't tell us in this article so I don't really know. Yep Koolan and SFchick are right he does not own any type of copyright just because he took the photo, it wasn't in his book or taken with his camera so nope no copyrights are on your photo. So please post it, several of us would love to see the photo. BTW I cannot find that magazine ANYWHERE in the area I live in. We don't have an Barnes and Nobles here and Borders does not carry it, I went to the store myself and looked after I called and they said they didn't carry it. Also the other big bookstore here Empire Books and Music do not have it either. I went to the store this weekend. Atleast if I can't get it I'm glad we have scans here on the forum.
