It's always nice to hope, but this isn't going to happen. TAST is extraordinary; I can't imagine Celine topping it with a new xmas album. A re-release with new bonus tracks could be a good solution though.

Le 1er septembre, j'ai vu Mégo au garage après le spectacle. Je l'ai félicité pour la chanson qu'il a composé pour les Olympiques de Pékin. Il était assez surpris et il m'a demandé si je la connaissais, je lui ai dit que non, que j'en avais seulement juste entendu parler, et que je savais que Véronic Dicaire avait enregistré le démo. Je lui ai alors demandé si ça se retrouverait sur le prochain album de Véronic, et il m'a répondu que ça serait peut-être sur le prochain album de Noel de Céline.. Je comprenais rien du tout, mais j'avais pas envie de le retenir plus longtemps, donc je suis resté pleins de questions.. Voilà, alors ça risque d'être un nouvel album, peut-être déjà enregistré ou qui sera enregistré à l'automne.. Je trouve ça bizz étant en break mais bon, ça me surprendrais pas non plus.

 

On 1 September, I saw Mégo at the garage after the show. I congratulated him for the song he wrote for the Olympics in Beijing. He was quite surprised and asked me if I knew, I told him no, I had only just heard about it, and I knew Véronic Dicaire had recorded the demo. I then asked if it would be placed on the next album Véronic, and he said that it might be on the next Noel album of Celine .. I understood nothing, but I do not want to keep him longer, so I am still full of questions .. Well, then it may be a new album, can be saved or will be registered in the fall .. I find that being in bizz break but hey, I'm not surprised.

 

so who knows! maybe it's in french or in english (cos David Foster wrote some x-mas songs for Céline in 2006??) or maybe it's half french, half english! that would be awesome too!

 

TAST is already ELEVEN YEARS AGO!! plus her last french christmas album dates back from 1983 So i think it's high time for a modern french Noël Album!
