He usually is there every Sunday night(and other times also during the week for student's evaluation for example). But because Céline has some shows left this week as you all know, they are in Vegas. So he'll communicate and work with them via satellite this week. Anyway he reminded people that Céline will do her last TV appearance next Sunday March 1st on Star Académie. He said Céline will sings with every student of the Académie that night. She'll do a medley of her greatest hits. In their Ipod students already had this week a lot of Céline's hits (French and english). They're all very very excited to be able to sing with Céline. Just can't wait! I am as excited to watch this as students are to sing with Céline!!! Hope Céline will have a lot of fun for her last TV show.They asked René last night if he had any advice for them on how not to be intimidated singing a "Céline song" WITH Céline!!! That was cute! They had stars in their eyes. I know Céline will make them comfortable and they'll do great. They're all very talented. 2009 is a good year for talent on Star Académie, they're all different and they have great personnality . Céline starting on TV at 13 herself, she's the one who can understand very well how they feel and will make this experience unique for them no doubt in my mind. As always having a show on thursday night Céline won't have much time to rehearse with them, not to talk about the jet lag and everything... At the end of Sunday night show I can't even imagine how welcome and very well deserved the beginning of this long break will excite her. Wish her every happiness. So....Vivement dimanche!!! P.S. On Star Académie they have the same band Céline had on the Plains of Abraham this summer, minus the strings and chorists of course. So they already know many Céline french songs. As I understood it each of them will sing with Céline each and every song completely from beginning to end, sometimes in unison, in harmony, parts to students, parts by Céline, like duets and some where everyone will maybe join in to create harmony also. Every one of those songs will be song one after the other(maybe some could be shorten but it doesn't appear this way for me up to now). That's the way I see it anyway. Students are rehearsing the whole song that was given to them so... then later on this week they will have a rehearsal with Céline. And let me tell you they are excited for sure but they are taking this very seriously, they are rehearsing like crazy on their own tonight. It's not been annouced but I would think Céline will sing one song or more alone probably too at one point. That night there will be a band called the "Lost fingers". They have made a new version of one of Céline early hit "Incognito". I expect them to sing that but it's not been announced. Edited February 25, 2009 at 05:24 AM by Lou555 Quote

I'd like her to sing Alone actually- because she has such a great way of singing it after the tour- not so stiff and it would be fun.
