disadiva Posted January 10, 2009 at 10:55 AM Posted January 10, 2009 at 10:55 AM (edited) I would want a Strong team behind Celine´s New album when ever it´s out 2009 or 2010.. And they are These. Walter Afanasieff. David Foster. Babyface Kenny Edmonds. Rodney Darkchild Jerkins. (Toni Braxton, Jennifer Lopez, Whitney Houston etc...Brandy). Jimmy Jam& Terry Lewis.(Janet Jackson 1986-2006, Mariah Carey 1999,2002. Among others they have worked with) Quincy Jones..again hehe he produced I Knew I Loved You from Ennio Morricione best off album).. Anders Bagge cause he loves Celine she is his favorit female singer like she is for David Foster , Walter. Linda Perry cause she is the one who makes Celine do really emotionals songs "My Love"and i love her she has done amazing songs."Beautiful for Christina Aguilera. Ryan Tedder definely Celine needs a Hit song a number#1 once again. John Shanks or Louis Biancaniello even...they are also great..Louis is the Walter A&David F Type i mean his mentor was Walter back in the late 80´s when they used to work with Whitney Houston on her 1987 Whitney. Celine should also work with all-around names off today etc Ne-Yo,Timbaland,Akon. and Justin Timberlake because she does need them even Whitney does Celine is already the biggest seller no matter what but i think she shares it with Mariah.. but she needs a hit song i´d love for Celine to have a number #1 song she hasn´t had one since That´s The way it Is... :ermm: or was it 2002 with ANDHC or I.m alive i don´t remember..7 years...yikes to long.. trls Posted January 11, 2009 at 11:54 PM Posted January 11, 2009 at 11:54 PM Here is the essential team Celine needs in order to have a succesful commercial album. - The people who worked on Leona Lewis' album- Ryan Tedder (writte, produce)- Ne-Yo (produce, write, duet)- Colbie Caillat (duet or back up vocals)- The Dream (something more upbeat)- Linda Perry (something pop/rock)- David Foster, Diane Warren (ballads)- Alicia Keys or John Legend (for piano ballad) And a good promoter. (like the team who promotes Beyonce's albums) Quote

celinesafan Posted January 16, 2009 at 02:16 PM Posted January 16, 2009 at 02:16 PM (edited) I hope her next album is full of new powerballads! There wasn't really any powerballads on her last album, apart from Alone. That's what I miss from Celine, she has such a powerful voice, I think songs like Because You Loved Me, It's All Coming Back To Me Now, Twink Twice and My Heart Will Go On are the perfect songs for her voice, songs with feeling and some sort of powerful message, which lovers can relate to. With her voice, she's able to get any message right out there through just one amazing song! So yeah, that's what I'm hoping to hear on her next album Edited January 16, 2009 at 02:19 PM by celinesafan Quote http://www.petrodevilliers.co.za/images/petrocdpromo.jpg

Walter,Diane,David are still good, but their songs are not good for release as singles nowadays...I think celine could try some new elements(music style) similar to songs like:"Catch Me While I'm Sleeping""Waiting for Love" "Try Too Hard" by Pink "Beautiful""Make Over""Cruz" by Christina Aguilera"Superwoman"by Alicia Keys"Take a Bow" by Rihanna-------All in all , something similar to the album As I Am by Alicia Keys(Soul, neo soul, R&B, blues rock) is quite nice to try and I think this won't difficult for celine I also adore song "Everything Burns" written by Ben Moody!! Kyle_Jared Posted January 21, 2009 at 05:55 PM Posted January 21, 2009 at 05:55 PM (edited) I think the only way Celine will have another top ten hit is to do a Duet with a hot young star. A Justin Timberlake duet mid-tempo ballad would be beautiful, or Ne-Yo.....Or even, god don't hate me, the Jonas Brothers (As they LOVE Her) Madonna had to do it, and it worked! Celine and Rene should seriously approach him to write another song for her, with Walter Afanassief or David Foster to produce it. Because, ast the end of the day, that trademark type of song and vocal for her, will win her maybe distant fans over. Edited January 21, 2009 at 05:59 PM by Kyle_Jared Quote
Gelbma0991 Posted January 22, 2009 at 12:25 PM Posted January 22, 2009 at 12:25 PM She's worked with Ben Moody, now I'd ask the other half of the original Evanescence..Amy Lee (Hartzler), She comes up with beautiful Piano Melodies and Very good lyrics. I Could Imagine Celine singing something along the lines of Like You, or maybe Call Me When You're Sober. The songs aren't powerful as they'd need to be for her to sing, but I could imagine a collaboration would bring about a fantastic song! Quote

celinesounds Posted February 9, 2009 at 03:10 AM Posted February 9, 2009 at 03:10 AM i found an amazing song, this song can be the next Celine's #1 hit in my opinion. the song is a jennifer rush song and was written by: D. Warren a D. Child It´s a rainy night and it´s over Tears are gonna fall any minute now And I know that it´s you I gotta get over, I know I do But don´t know how I pretend that I´m in control now I won´t fall apart ´till I walk away And I say to myself you´re gonna be stronger I tell myself it´s better this way Wo, wo You can´t see tears in the rain No matter how hard you try You can´t see anything Only the rain in my eyes You can´t see tears in the rain So as we´re sayin´ goodbye Guess I´ll bee cryin´ in vain Cause you can´t see tears in the rain The time has come, I´m letting go now I put it all behind me And just turn the page And I´ll make you believe that it don´t matter You´ll never see it´s all a charade Wo, wo… You can´t see tears in the rain No matter how hard you try You can´t see anything Only the rain in my eyes You can´t see tears in the rain So as we´re sayin´ goodbye Guess I´ll bee cryin´ in vain Cause you can´t see tears in the rain Tears in the rain oh no, oh who You ain´t never gonna see no tears in the rain Cause the rain´s gonna fall And you won´t see my pain at all And the rain comes down, I don´t wanna go I see the memories flash before my eyes like a ghost I fantasize that there´s a glimmer of hope But it´s over, I´ll never be the same You can´t see tears in the rain No matter how hard you try You can´t see anything Only the rain in my eyes You can´t see tears in the rain So as we´re sayin´ goodbye Guess I´ll bee cryin´ in vain Cause you can´t see tears in the rain Tears in the rain oh no, oh who You ain´t never gonna see no tears in the rain Cause the rain´s gonna fall baby You can´t see tears in the rain No matter how hard you try You can´t see anything Only the rain in my eyes You can´t see tears in the rain So as we´re sayin´ goodbye Guess I´ll bee cryin´ in vain Cause you can´t see tears in the rain http://www.jennifer-rush.com/releases/albums/platzhalter_albums.gif Quote #FREEJAVITO

browseceline Posted April 1, 2009 at 04:38 PM Posted April 1, 2009 at 04:38 PM the main problem is that rap and r&b seem to rule the music nowadays. Celine and her powerful ballads are not where most of the (young) listeners want to listen to. But when I hear certain Kelly Clarkson songs, like my life would suck without you, or miss independent.. I see Celine belting those songs too! A little bit more tempo. And I do like the taking chances album too. And Shadow of love could have been a hit. In my opinion Celine is a huge ballad singer but can sound so powerful like in the best and river deep.. She should make a whole album like that. Or in the millenium concert with Bryan Adams was so great to hear.. something like that. ennostiel Posted April 1, 2009 at 08:41 PM Posted April 1, 2009 at 08:41 PM For me - Aldo Nova, Kara DioGuardi, Ne-Yo (but maybe something a bit more lively than I Got Nothin' Left), and Ben Moody, and of course David Foster. And I think a wonderful idea, a dream come true for me and probably a good way to really come back to the VERY top would be for Celine to record a duet with Lara Fabian... the two strongest voices and most angelic personalities in the music world... I would even go for two songs, one powerful uptempo which would hit the radiostations, and one ballad where they could join forces and really show what they've got... Hey I know I'm a dreamer, but it would be AMAZING. Quote Ce n'est qu'en te croisantQue j'ai su, j'ai compris... ElleEst mon idealLa plus grande etoileEt je veux ressemblerA son portrait fidele...Celine pour toujours. <3
