Titled Shania: Still the One, the production will debut on Dec. 1 at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace. The spring performances will take place on March 19, 20, 23, 24, 26, 27, 29 and 30, as well as April 2, 3, 5, 6, 9 and 10. Show director Raj Kapoor, production designer Michael Cotton, costumier Marc Bouwer and lighting director Peter Morse have also joined the production. I Feel Like A Woman!- That Don't Impress Me Much- From This Moment- You're Still The One- I'm Gonna Getcha Good!- Up!- Forever And For Always - Today Is Your Day- Endless Love (?) As for her older songs, they have often swapped those songs around during the Come On Over & Up! Tours, so I have no idea how many songs from The Woman In Me will be there. Oh yeah, that's almost definitely going to be in the show! I'm surprised they dropped it from the Up! Tour after 2003, although I guess maybe it was too difficult for her to sing when she lost her voice. It's strange, because most other songs she performed during that tour featured elements of the studio tracks during the choruses so that she wasn't straining her voice. Seeing as she has no new album, and only 2 new songs (TIYD & EL), I worry the show will be very similar to her previous tours. Maybe she will do some covers? One song I love hearing her sing is Dolly Parton's Coat Of Many Colours, the Kennedy Centre Honours performance is great. In terms of her eary songs, I think 'Whose Bed Have Your Boots Been Under', 'If You're Not In It For Love (I'm Outta Here!)' & 'Any Man Of Mine' will definitely be performed, as they have been in almost every tour setlist and DVD. 'The Woman In Me' & 'You Win My Love' haven't been performed as regularly in the past, but who knows? I'm not sure about Come On Over & Love Gets Me Every Time either, they haven't been permanently in her previous shows/tours... Edited August 27, 2012 at 07:14 PM by Timster Quote
