It was already announced on posters etc. that it was the next single and you could even won something (forgot what) and then it got cancelled. And there's more. They also cancelled "I'm Not In The Mood (To Say No)" at the last minute, for it to be replaced by "Ka-Ching!" (which was a very good choice in the end). Also in the US, Nah! was scheduled to be the new single, Shania even said so herself during a performace at I think the Today Show, but that wasn't the case. I can't remember which song replaced it, perhaps It Only Hurts or When You Kiss Me.. Mercury have a very bad habit of cancelling singles at the last second. As for "She's Not Just A Pretty Face," I heard about that too, and even bought the French promo single for it. I bet it'll become a major collector's item in the years to come. The songs I would have liked to have become singles in the states are "Thank You Baby!," "I'm Jealous," and "What A Way To Want To Be." Personally I think it was a poor decision to release "Thank You Baby!" just overseas. The video is so incredibly cool. I just love the "real-life paintings." Btw, is Mercury affiliated with Sony? If they are it wouldn't surprise me considering how dense they can be. LOL ...Joe... Quote

They just released the wrong singles. They should've released "Nah!" & "I Ain't Goin' Down" to country radio. And they should've released "In My Car" & "What A Way To Wanna Be" to pop radio. Btw, it is said music videos for "Nah!" & "In My Car" exist, but they were never released. No Mercury is a sub-label of Universal. But Mercury has always treated Shania very bad. They're even worse than Sony IMO. I've seen it all.. There has been nothing official to date. If we don't hear something [official] by the end of next week/at the end of September, nothing will be released.. One thing we can look forward to though, Shania will hopefully tell us something at the upcoming CMA Awards in November (she has never missed the show, but once).. And if we do get something in November, there's a very good chance she'll be performing her new single there live.. And nah..the end of Shania won't happen so easily. She's a multi-million seller.. it's really impossible..especially with Mutt behind her.
