At some (maybe all?) of the shows since she's come back after being sick the Queen medley has been dropped. I'm not sure if it's only temporary or if they substituted a different song. I think that she is probably standing in front of one of the big video screens so what we are seeing is really just the video image of the crowd on that big screen. That's why it may look weird.
