I was annoyed today. I walked all the way to WHSmith straight afterschool today to buy the 1CD version with my giftcard now that it's on the charts. They only had the 2CD version!

i noticed that too! i got really excited when i heard that bcuz i've never heard an album version like that - only live.. also, i dont know if any of you noticed this, but there is a HIDDEN TRACK at the end of Disc 2!! There should be only 13 songs, but when i listened to the CD all the way through, just when i thought it was over, MY LOVE (the album version) came on!! i was like noo way

i have no idea if this was already explained, but i wanna know, is this album counted as 2 copies? i mean, Ultimate Essential is a 2 cd set. are they counted as 2 copies? (just like Shania Twain's Up)

I think BillBoard(SoundScan) never count double CD as 2. But RIAA does.

I think BillBoard(SoundScan) never count double CD as 2. But RIAA does.

 

 

Well there's good news (in the US)....normally they count such releases seperately (as there are too much differences between the too CD's). But they changed that rule recently, beginning with Sarah McLachlan's GH (hers has also 2 different releases). So it will fortunately be counted as 1 release!

I'm so pleased it's doing so well. I was thinking the other day that I would love to buy a new Greatest Hits collection from Celine Dion, little did I know that she was actually planning on releasing one ... so soon!
