Will Celine announce the President of the USA in Chicago, IL November 4, 2008?

Even though it's sad that she had to postpone/reschedule shows it's probably necessary for her full recovery. It's better that she waits to go back out on tour so that she's fully recovered. I'm sure she is under the best of care so she should get better soon. Also, it take awhile to be able to sing again when sick so she really needs that time to get back to full strength. Get well Celine!

Well I guess she won't announce it since the concert has now been postponed. The official site is now announcing the show has been cancelled for tomorrow's show due to her illness. It has been rescheduled for December 16.

does anyone think that part of the reason it was postponed is because of the election???? I somehow think that many people who had tickets who weren't huge Celine fans may have stayed home to see how this massive election turned out...just a thought???

Celine is clearly ill, but it couldn't have come at a better time. Chicago is a circus tonight.

Yeah I was thinking that too. Chicago looks like a mad house. It would have been a bad bad night for a show over there too. Who knows how people are reacting inside the city. I can't imagine.

It seems like Celine got a longer standing ovation and applause at the ADISQ gala than Obama did at Grant Park. And his crowd is a million times larger.
