Will Celine announce the President of the USA in Chicago, IL November 4, 2008?

Just a thought. Has anyone going to Chicago, IL on November 4th thought about it being the night the new President of The USA is determined? Just wondered if maybe Celine will tell us who our new President is It could make it an especially important night of her concert.

well i thought it was funny she was having a concert on that night! lol.. BUT, as we all know, she is no more interested in politics than a mouse! (i find myself feeling the same way.. hmm what can ya say?) soooo. she may and may not! I wonder if that show is sold out, considering that its on such an important day.. Seems, some would stay home... NOT me, I'd be there! =)

Well OBAMA is from Chicago but the chances are slim to none because ODDS are we wont know who won until after Midnight and the concert will be long over by then.

Well, it's been announce in Quebec newspaper that Celine is for Obama, so maybe.. But i don't think there's a place in the concert she can say that.. And i'm not sure if they will have the results by the end of the concert !?

This will be interesting for sure! I will have to make sure and vote first thing in the morning before heading to Chi town...I do hope it won't be a repeat of 2000, and that we will find out who the winner is that night! Celine will be a nice distraction from it though!

I do not think that Céline speaks about it during the show unless, but I doubt it strongly the politics is not its trick, if it makes a declaration there above, she could make him before the song " The Prayer " in tribute has Better America!

Should be very interesting, that's for sure, although my guess is that Celine doesn't mention it at all during the show. Chicago will be very lively with Celine in town and the Obama campaign and Oprah, are scheduled to be in Chicago to watch the results and a possible acceptance speech from Grant Park, according to the newspapers here in Chicago.

Im so sure that Rene is goign to make sure she is very careful in not mentioning it and staying neutral. its in the best interest of her career so as not to lose any fans who may swing the other way. i dont think she'll announce or stand for either side. ... its just not her cup of tea. If ANYTHING the most she'll probably say is... "ANYONE VOTE TODAY?" and then that'll be it! IF THAT!

Like her concert in Manchester when Manchester United were in the European Final she was careful to make sure she dodn't alienate Manchester City supporters...she was very funny though...I think it'll be mentioned- it is too momentous. She mentioned the Cluster Bomb Treaty signed in Dublin at the Croke Park show and that was very political- thanking Ireland for their leadership etc. She'll announce it.
