I wonder how many more shows they'll add before they finally decide a final date

This is making me want to pester my parents into going but I know they'll say no

ARe all 3 Montreal shows on Admission? Is it Admission.com or a different site? I bought my tix for the last 2 montreal shows through TM but I live in the US so maybe it's different if u live in Canada. Are tjeu a;; sp;d pit? I'm considering going to them.

 

 

I live in the US too and I bought my August ticket through Admission.com. What was interesting to me was that I had first checked Ticketmaster and they had the August/Sept shows listed but it would not let you select or buy tickets (or it said there were none available. But when I went to Admission.com it let me select tickets. I bought mine at the last minute, I think only a week or ten days before that show and I got a great ticket. Admission is part of Ticketmaster (Canadian).

 

That being said when I started looking for the February tickets Ticketmaster DID have them available and for all three shows. I think they are listed at the end of the US dates as "shows in other countries"or something like that. I only found out about the Admission site by mistake. A Canadian poster here had mentioned that site. I'm thinking of going to the Feb 15th show but I have not bought a ticket yet.

Hey Vic - good question. I would hate to drive and chance the weather but the air is so expensive now. A lot is gonna hinge on if my friend from Brazil can go & whether he'll come to NJ and we drive or if he flies right to Montreal. Are you going?

Try the train... it is not that expensive and it goes right into montreal from Philly or NYC.

For two people from Philly it is around 250... and the actually ride is almost ten hours I think.

Yup, she only speaks French at the Montreal shows, including when she speaks to the audience in between songs. Of course she sings her English songs still in English. I'm glad I was fortunate enough to see her at one of the Montreal shows and one of the English shows (I'd like to be able to see her again at one of her last Montreal shows).

Yeah she sings a lot more than one French song! I know you can find the setlist for the Montreal shows somewhere here. She sings at least five or six in French. The show is the same length as the English ones which means she is just substituting songs. I loved hearing the French songs. I wished she played a few more in the English concerts.

Anyone know why the 'last' show has the best seats available over the other two Montreal shows? It looked like the first one had the least seats available. And the 15th had the best ones...at least when I looked. I can understand the Valentine's show being sold quickly but I would think people want to go to the 'last' show...

I want to go to this shooooow!!! I think I`ll just get a last minute ticket because I can`t afford this at all right now. As for travel I would take the train but its soooo long. Maybe airfare will get cheaper as we get closer to the date.

Oh the train takes so long, it makes a lot of stops. Its around 10 hours and by card it's 5 1/2. It is much cheaper than the plane unless we can find a low cost carrier going there, like Westjet or Porter.

 

I liked her choice of French songs in Montreal but I could've done without Dans un autre monde & Je Sais Pas and I would've like to hear more than ONE song from D'elles.

I didn't even think about weather...since its Feb. it will most likely be snoooowing. The anarondak (Spelling?) mountains won't be fun to drive through in that! I might be taking amtrak as well. We'll have a celine party on the train lol. It is ten hours, but it's a beautiful ride. I've done it before.

I still don't have a ticket...but I'll get one. lol. NYC Penn station is where I would get on! If I remember correctly, it leaves wwaaay early in the morning...so maybe the first few hours of our Celine party can be sleep time? Lol. We could play Miracle.

I think the train gets in around 7pm...and they are almost ALWAYS late. I would always take Amtrak down to school...and it was never on time. If I end up going, I might buy cheap tickets to to the earlier ones...but I am for sure going all out, like using my life savings, and front rowing it for the last show. I know its sold out now...BUT theres alwaaaays a way Actually. I'm torn between the front row...and the end of a runway...since I've never sat there. Hmm

I'll probably be taking it friday and going back monday. That's depending on where I'm working, if I even got tickets etc. I just graduated in May, and I'm trying to find a full time job...so I could be annnnywhere. haha. I'm dreaming. I'm actually hoping to move to Toronto..so I may not even be in NY. Hopefully, I will be though, for the Celine train. lol. I'm not sure if they are sold out. I was just assuming..because it's Celine...in montreal.
