I wish her albums were available in Dolby Atmos as CD versions. I would buy them immediately. I’m not a fan of streaming and paying every month (I’m too old school )

The blonde Era had it's good moments and very bad.

 

The hair looked great in TLDH, in OH, HYEBIL Divas Live performance,and the Wayne Brady interview.

 

But when they decided to bleach it more out and style it the granny way it was a no go.

The colour had no depth at all.

And what about the wig for the 1f4t special,oh lord who made that?

 

Anyway, it's a shame that the video for JTAE got released and EUS and LD never.

 

And Contre Nature should have been performed onstage,missed opportunity for a great song.

I wonder why Tidal and Amazon Music are not being released at the same time as Apple Music

 

I don't really know. I have been with Tidal for a long while now but they don't have any Celine in Dolby Atmos so I'm paying for both Tidal and Apple just to get my Celine Dolby Atmos fix lol

I really love the Dolby Atmos, everything is clear. Instrumentals that you don’t know that it’s part of the song. But for me, one of the best that they’ve done is the “O Holy Night” in Dolby Atmos. It gave me goosebumps when played on my Home Theater via Apple TV. The choir made it more amazing at the climax

 

The one you see on YouTube that says it’s in Dolby Atmos that fans are uploading. It’s not. I compared the YouTube verison to Apple Music’s Dolby Atmos. Apple’s version is the real one.

I think she felt the pressure of the big Vegas show… and to bring something new… and was surrounded by Cirque performers… so she lost herself in all of that a bit.

 

Eventually, A New Day… became a Celine Dion show with a Cirque backdrop.

The sessions in Paris in 2002 where she looked beautiful were probably rough demos of the songs, and then they recorded the final versions in 2003 in Vegas with her short blond hair along with the music videos. That's why EJTE sounds weird in the beginning, because they took the demo take that was not recorded in a booth, but in this open space. I don’t know but I find this impromtu choreo kinda cute. She’s like “I’ll just enjoy this song and dance like a crazy fool”. She’s energetic and not like just standing there like she can’t move like there’s something heavy in her body.. And I don’t think they have the time to do some choreo since it’s just a short preview of the song. The camera movements that time makes it worse

finally got to hear the Dolby Atmos!

I loved the extra instruments of the new arrangements... some extra backing vocals by Celine that can be heard in full now... especially in Le vol d'un ange...

Problem is 360 is only useful with headphones. I generally prefer to use my speakers with my atmos receiver.
