Spanish ATW promo video, unfortunatly the case cracked, and it doesn't play on my VCR, which is weird, cos shouldn't it be a normal

PAL video? Jav, do you maybe know this? And what's on it? Cos it's about 10 minutes, including the TTWII clip. Also got the video cds of LIM and ACDS (the quality is really bad on this one! )

 

Yep! It includes a summary of the big Sony releases for that Christmas (1999) with a some spanish commentary in the background, and snippets of Mariah Carey, Jennifer Lopez and Gloria Estefan releases among others, and in the end they play the Celine videoclip - TTWII... nothing special but still a rare and limited item!

A signed Unison cd!! WITH a With Love, Celine Dion XX... autograph on it, which you don't see a lot!

The seller told me they got it from a big cd lot that came from an old CEO of Veronica (a Dutch tv Channel)

So my guess is, he got that cd when she came here for one of the first times. It must have been in 1989/1990

and she sang WDMHBN (playback) I should have it on video somewhere.... Anyway I only paid €10 for it, including shipping!

Great stuff Davey!! I really like those protect master CD's. Really interesting. So its actually printed directly onto the CD surface? Hope someone knows what thats about. Well spotted.

 

The You And I is great to have, I know you have probably been hoping in vain for a sticker free one, never ceases to amaze how they f***** this up so much, lol. how much was this?

 

The promo photo is great. I've always loved that pose. And as for the signed Unison for €10!!!!

 

And of course best of all is the AOW Jap single. (Is there a raging with jealousy emoticon? Oh feck it, I'm just gonna use this one: )

I was lucky enough to get a hold off that when I was in Daveys place. It felt as lovely as it looks. Okay the quality could be better, but at €55, you are never going to have trouble selling it on for a profit in the future.

LOL the sticker placed on the face of Céline precisely is annoying, why they didn't put it in the backcover?

 

About the japanese 3" singles, I don't know why but I've never feel the enticing of these rare singles . I only have 3 or 4 of them, in fact I always found unappealing that they loaded these editions with japanese characters. Do I have a "collector problem" here?

Haha, I think you may have Jav. There's something very appealing about Japanese symbols. They seem to give most Celine collectors a little bit of an 勃起

Yes Jav, I think you're the only one I really love the differentness of them! The small jackets with different pix, the little cd, plus the rare ones like LCMM, NBBMH, AOW and TLTK are heaven to have Tho TLTK is the only one I'm missing still (Damn you Tom! )

 

Oh and they couldn't put the sticker of the YAI promo on the back, cos the back is open, so you see the cd! You see... proof that Sony only employ idiots all over the world

I prefer my cassette singles!!! They too have rare pictures (TLTK has 3 versions at least!) and there are no strange writings ruining the pictures!!

nice stuff davey! that all the way vhs should play yes - i have it and if i remember rightly its just a load of video clips from other sony artists (including shakira with red hair i can remember? haha) and then just the ttwii video in full att he end, i just love the cover! yum!

Yes, it seems like he might be jinksing himself a little bit by saying that before he actually has it in his hands. Because you never know - one of those 'special' items could get lost in the mail or come broken and then what would he do?
