The Autour du Monde DVD is slightly better designed inside, as although the digipack is thinner than the EU edition of TTEOTW, the disc tray they used means the names of all the cities on the left side of the case and underneath the disc tray are perfectly in line with the writing on the disc, so it looks a lot neater:

TCOML combo, I compaired the album with my old one, the cat. no is the same, but next to the bar code, there's a different number:

01-474743-10 (old), 474743022 (new) I guess the new one is produced more recently

the 'good for the environment' FIY wasn't so good for the environment, cos it was produced in EU, then shipped to Hong Kong and then shipped to me!

The latest TCWT editions must be carbon neutral editions too, as the latest Céline "eco-friendly" packages without any plastic trays... I don't get what's up with this new trend in Céline's team. And at least Sony France never fell into this stupid trend with her french releases (look D'elles, ONCP deluxe editions and the last D'eux reissue), they were all in beautiful double digipaks with plastic trays, but with the french edition of the concert they started this trend too

I'm afraid that's fake Davey, or at least it looks like one of them I have the D'elles chinese edition and its absolutely fake. The cheap colours in the cover looks exactly like yours, as if they scanned the booklet

:crybaby: omg arggg its not fair, 17.99 pounds for the deluxe version! I payed 18 euros for the english DVD/CD when it was released here in Spanish shops! Now with the devaluation of the € opposite the $ its even cheaper! But play.com compeles non UK customer to pay in euros and this costs 23.49€

Finally I get to see that expensive item you were waiting on, you told me about that ages ago. Did it take forever to arrive. Either way it's great. I have another TLYM I'm waiting on, not a very exciting one though (I'm still looking for the one with Kryzler & Kompany on the sleeve.)

So the deluxe TTEOTW is a hardcover book form. Nice, is the booklet attatched to the case or does it come seperatley. Any chance of a pic inside the cover (and from behind) Nice one Tim

ML is fake. Official edition should have some Chinese text on the cover. And actually the official ML Chinese edition is in a long box package.

ETA: Damn you Tim for having the Deluxe edition already! Im sure its been answered in the threads already, but whats the difference between the English TTEOTW and the French ones. And is there a "Québécois " version it or just ONE "french' version. Only a few more days til Deluxe is released here, so I dont hate you so badly...

Ok, here's some pics of the gorgeous Deluxe Edition. I think it's the nicest Celine item EVER!!

 

 

As you can see, the first half is the booklet, then the second half contains the postcards and the disc tray.

When you open it up, the postcards are on the left and the disc tray is on the right. Both sides of this section contain the little square pictures, the postcards are joined on the far left side, so you can lift them up to see the pictures on the left. The postcards are all joined together so you can pull them out in a line.

haha it was only 3,50 I couldn't resist (although I don't like the concert that much...)

yeah the cat. no. and the sleeve are the same, but the vynil is pressed in the Netherlands, the label is red, instead of the purple/pink french one and instead of 'face 1' it says 'Kant 1'

OH i'm curious about ur TLYM one! yeah that one with the group pix is the rarest of them all!

My package of TTEOTW arrived from Edwin today, I was amazed how small the jewel case from Wallmart is, it's smaller than a blu ray. For some reason the video I saw of it made it look much bigger. Thanks Edwin. The bonus QVC CD is great too, but unfortunatley the tracks are fade in/out so they will need a bit of editing to seemlessly add into the other concert performances.

 

Tim, thanks for some great pictures. This is a lovely package, just wish they hadn't chosen the cover they did. Oh well. I'll have to wait a little bit to get it though, money is pouring out the door at the moment.
