I'm happy!! I did not get the chance to see her TC World Tour :confused:

I hope it will be released in Norway :flowers: It will kill me if this one won't come to Norway :ermm: A New Day hasn't come The only thing from Celine which has been released is her new album TC

Cool. I wouldn't be surprised either, though, if they postponed it. Weren't they filming her behind the scenes, travelling around the world or something? If they release it before the tour is over, we'll never see the end of that...

Of course they will release the CD/DVD before the tour is over. Think of how many copies they will sell along with the other tour merchandise when people are walking out of the concerts. During the final week of A New Day, the DVD flew off the racks in a few hours at the Celine Boutique (and mind you, they had a huge markup). After witnessing Celine live, many nonfans will rush to the stands to buy a copy; if they wait until after the tour to release this, then those same nonfans might reconsider.

According to Columbia France it is supposed to come out after november so maybe December cause it says "the end of the year will be highlighted by..."

As you can see no mention of GH or Re-edition here neither!

We're not gonna see the end of the tour, but I don't think it'll be much more different from what we'll have on the dvd and what we've already seen 'till now. And, most of all, we still don't know when and where this tour is going to end!

I'm really happy more and more sources confirm the DVD to be released this year! :clap:

However I think that, if the re-relase of TC album won't come out this year, it'll surely appear later, maybe in 2009. Don't forget Celine will be going on hiatus and Sony will have a lot of time to release editions like re-release of TC or a new GH.

Hello from Spain:

I don't know if you have thought about it, but I think it's gonna happen the same with "A new day...live in Las Vegas" and before with "au coeur du stade".

The cd won't include the whole concert and the dvd surely be a preview of the forthcoming release in 2 dvd in 2009 of the "Taking changes world tour".

It will be a good promotion of the tour if it finally confirms the final leg in China,Spain y Latinamerica...and the company will get a lot of money at Chistmas.

This is only a supposition but it has happened several times.

At the end of the year we'll see if I'm right or not.

Meanwhile,

Please, folks "Taking Chances" has has MORE editions than any other album already. Has there ever been a Celine re-release (except for the ANDHC with alternate track and bonus DVD w/ 2 unreleased tracks) with unreleased recordings? Nope!

I hope they release the LIVE CD and wait to do the DVD.

Let's take a moment to remember that they planned releasing the AND DVD in 2004---and we got it in '07!

That's exactly what I was thinking! I'm so much looking forward to the dvd, but I won't get too enthousiastic until it's in the stores.. Hopefully by 2011! :glare: :giggle:

I'm happy for that, althought I really want a bit of footage from the USA tour, and I know that they will not do this if it's out in 2008.

Oh well, but it's great it's also a CD...

Releasing it while the tour is still going on wont hurt ticket sales. We already know that she sells concert tickets and the tour so far has been pretty much sold out. (apart from Germany - but the tickets were ridiculously overpriced they messed that one up big time)

They probably want to follow up on the success of the A New Day DVD and release a live DVD/Album in time for Christmas while the tour is still fresh. Its easier to promote as its been done already all the people who attended the shows plus word of mouth- the A NEW DAY DVD didnt need much promotion. This is the best type of promotion - not having to try and get radio to play a song.

They will maybe follow up with the "best of around April / May before she goes on her break with a final burst of promotion.

The Live album could include a few "lost" tracks from the TC recording session like ANDLILV did.

But I thought they were recorded for the studio album (ANDHC or OH) and they put it as a bonus on the live album. Just the same as they perhaps going to do now, with the new live album and unreleased tracks from TC album.

So why did they record them specially for the live release? Isn't that strange?!

Well Iv got to say Im cool with whatever they decide, but I would be happy with a dvd and a cd as long as they include all songs sung in the tour....french and english
