Céliiiiiine!!!! Seeing it written down like this reminds me just of how many amazing songs she has. It's for lines like the ones above that she will never, EVER need to write her own songs and I don't care what anyone says. I'm falling in love with her music all over again, haha. And that's just from her English songs...there are so many absolutely amazing lyrics from her French songs as well.

One of the pieces of lyric that comes to my mind is a part of The Reason: "something went wrong, I made a deal with the devil for an empty I.O.U., been to hell and back but an angel was looking through, it was you". I think this says too much about love, all by itself.

 

I also love the whole lyrics of Goodbye's the saddest word I'll ever hear, as it is addressed to the figure of the mother, probably the most important person in my life. I love this excerpt: "and it hurst so, that something so strong, someday'll be gone, must say goodbye...". This words are just the true representation of what I feel, the scare of ever losing my mother. It makes me sad... and touches me so!
