As you see, I'm Austrian and my first language isn't English, so maybe some words aren't ment like someone thinks. It was just a simple request. People show up here to view Céline's wardrobe and I am pretty sure they don't want to ready too many postings which have nothing to do with the real wardrobe pieces or other stuff owned by "our girl" or the nig-nag between people. Well, at least I don't want to read it. Cause there's so much work behind every posting of mine, that it makes me kind of sad, if it goes by unnoticed, and then a off-topic discussion arises inbetween. There are so many topics up there where discussions like the current one fits more. So, I hope you can understand!

Back to the closet ... well, kind of: Cause that was just another "fun search": Céline's neck wrap which she carried during a scene of "3 boys and a new show". It's "Thermalon", their "Moist Heat Neck Wrap". Made out of non-toxic materials which created moist heat or cold. Just microwave or freeze and apply. Doesn't have any odor and will not support mold, bacteria, or fungal growth. For around 26 Euro @ Amazon.

All the time I see Céline signing autographs, like here in Paris 2012, a once very famous tagline comes to my mind and to "make a long story short" : It was in 1987 (well, very few up here might remember): That-time-US-President Ronald Reagan and Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev signed the legendary agreement that would eliminate intermediate-range nuclear weapons. Although damned pappazarris catched Céline way back in July 2008 @ her hotel in Antibes, France - but for fun I tried to find the magazine she was flicking through. And I really found it:

 

It was an issue of the French magazine "Version Femina" with a big cover story about children.

So, now it's official: As I wrote "Dior" regarding this gorgeous gold dress of Céline they confirmed, that it's from their "Spring/Summer Collection 2018", from the SECRET "Spring/Summer Collection". So no model-picture is available. And that's something totally new to me, that there are cloths that don't really "exist". - Well, no wonder, I couldn't find alot of stuff! Holy Moly, and I thought the fashion world ticks simply!!!

Those gorgeous earrings Céline wore during the introduction of her new video "Ashes", I have found with the help of a very kind and gifted Viennese Jewellery worker. They are by "Butani", called "Jewellery Diamond Infinity Hoop Earrings". Price: "VERY expensive" (that's all he could tell ).

 

The famous "Butani Jewellery" was founded by the Indian Papu Butani in Hong Kong after working really hard for living in the 70ies. Over the years he defined his vocation to create fine jewellery. Together with his sons Manoj and Mukesh he meanwhile leads one of the most prestigous Haute Couture jewellery houses in the world. Their handcrafted jewellery for royal families, heads of state and private clients is outrageously expensive and gorgeous elegant.

None of the administrators found it worth responding to my requests. Maybe they are dead or they don't give a sh**. Posting without pictures doesn't make sense, mainly up here. Dear "Dancing_Queen" gave me the hint to use "tinypic.com" which would have been perfect, but unfortunately two different Internet Security programms I use on my tablet and laptop warned me, using this website. And I don't want to risk to pull in some viruses or malware. I've tried to find other ones, but up til now I haven't found a good page without security risks.

 

So I am VERY sorry to close down!

 

39.071 views since I deceided to revived this once beloved thread in July. Which means around approx. 300 views per day, not bad in times of Instagram & Co.

 

Once founded by Frida in 2008, this thread brought me such joy and awakened my interest in fashion.

Two different security gates of my two devices told me, that photobucket isn't a "save site". I don't know why. But as I've had once a major computer crash due to a very destructive virus, where alot of my data was lost, I am VERY careful with something like that. I don't want to risk it again, I hope you'll understand!

And as only a handful of people reacted to my postings, that I will stop, it's way too less interest to put in much effort to find an alternative way. It's way too much effort combined with every posting, to go mostly unnoticed.

Well, sometimes miracles do truly happen, even without Céline singing about it!

 

To my complete surprise one of the moderators finally answered my request of last fall and thankfully increased my picture upload volume.

 

So, to all of you, who liked to stop by in Céline's Closet, I re-active this thread once again.

 

And I start today with a ring, not quite the one "to rule them all, One Ring to find them, One Ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them" (Quote J.R.R. Tolkien "Lord Of The Rings") but one of VRAM. Which has nothing to do with the "Video Random Access Memory" within a computer, but with a trained goldsmith and master craftsman based in Los Angeles, the Beirut-born Vram Minassian, who worked for private clients before debuting his namesake jewelry line, VRAM, in 2016.

 

The ring Céline's wearing for one of the L'Oréal promo pictures is called the "Eon Ring", a cocktail ring with large mixed sphere cluster. Available for paltry 5.600 US-$. Made of 18K yellow gold (what else!).

 

Stay tuned for the next item of Céline's extended wardrobe.
