Maybe seeing a boy asking for a Cartier ring is something anusual...

Please....

Well, the security guards intimidate me. Plus, seven people who look a lot like tourists walking in there... We would have all gotten arrested...

Come on, they don't bother you unless your doing something wrong :)

Frida, I'm sorry to hear that, I hope you will recover soon.

Hey guys

Just thought I'd let you know that I'm not six feet under, nor am I locked inside a padded cell :P I'm on sick leave til this fall, and taking one day at a time. Thank you so much for your support and encouraging words, it means a lot to me

(Sieglinde, I haven't gotten around to dealing with my inbox yet, but thank you so so much for you-know-what! It arrived this past tuesday and I was so touched, by the gesture alone and then the content. Thank you!)

No luck finding that tie dye dress up there, but I just saw this blazer in a thread that Davey posted:

EMILIO PUCCI (new designer for this thread I think)

Something must be seriously off with the studio lighting or camera settings there, because I'm positive it's the one

Uploaded the Stella McCartney as well

Don't know why I haven't made the connection before. I've always thought that this dress, and the white one she wore at the Divas Las Vegas show, were similar in design. I've read on several occations that the white one was custom made by Michael Kors, so I gave up on that one some time ago. Michael Kors was creatice director for which fashion house at that time? Céline...

I know, I'm a little slow on the uptake

The dress is from S/S 2001 btw

Stumbled across these as well

I have a feeling they've been found before, or perhaps it's just the pic that's been bugging me for years

Hey, Frida!!! Great reading of you!!!! Taking one day at a time is a good way getting out of dark times! I'm so glad, that everything arrived savely, I wasn't sure if the address is still the right one. And as I know now ... there will come another thing (I forgot putting it into the envelope :shy: ) But so it will be another nice cheer-up (as I hope) :P This time's got to do something with our beloved Goddess Celine! :giggle: Wish you again all the best - and I often think of you! We'll get out of all the "crap"! I'm sure! Hugs and kisses and some nice flowers too! :flowers:

Frida - I'm not sure if you noticed that I found these pieces a while back.

Those Chloe sunglasses hadn't been identified before, at least not to my knowledge. Are you confusing them with the Chanel glasses with the pearl teardrop?

Here are a couple updates:

Time for a little Celinish Closet market research LOL:

What do you guys think about the larger sized pics (like the ones above), compared to the old ones? I know we all have different monitor resolutions, and that they might look titanic (ha-frickin'-ha, oh what an original joke) for some, but I often find myself saying "I know you can hardy see the details in this pic, but it IS the same one, trust me". Most new pics of Celine come in relatively good resolution, so there's really no need for teeny tiny pics. So, when the resolution allows me to do so, should I continue with the larger ones? The format is the same, so they can easily be resized from 860x640 px (400x600 px pics, with a 20 px white frame) to 430x320 px (200x300 px pics, with a 10 px white frame)

Edit:

Old vs new

I don't mind them larger! Like you said, most new photos are such good quality that it's worth it! Maybe only do the smaller format when there isn't a HQ pic.
