What I was trying to imply was that rather than utilizing his or her OWN photo for their profile picture, the author is using Celine's.

I get the privacy there; it seems like they don't want to reveal too much about themselves.

This picture is not fake! It was taken by Cass Bird for "Vogue", France, Issue of May 2024! It's an avatar. Like hundreds of other members using here too. I can't remember a rule in this forum that you only use personal pictures for the avatar.

PLEASE BE SO KIND AND DON'T PUT THOSE PHOTOSHOPPED OR AI-PICTURES IN THIS THREAD! Those pictures are not "rare". They are FAKE! You are not only violating the copyright of the photographer André Rau and others, you are also fooling fans who are only interested in original pictures!

 

Why don't you created an own thread, where all those disrespectful (towards Céline) "creations" and unauthorized edits are put. So Forum members can decided if they visit the thread or not! - Thanks!

As far as I am concerned, fan-made creations do not pose a threat to the rights of the original copyright owner. It's just a like song, whoever wants to cover it, they change the tune and melody or add adlib. Gosh, if you can't take some of our creations here you better NOT SEE THEM HERE and you are just so serious of yourself

Why don't you create a thread for those "creations" - or maybe there is already such a thread up here. Then you and all the others could put their "works" in there and this thread is only for real rare pictures.

Who am I?!!! - I'm someone who's pissed off by people who create fake picture and spread them. Who fool others, who are looking of original material! And since you've checked my profile you know that I didn't come "out of nowhere"! I'm member of this Forum since 2008, and creating also a lot of content for others.

 

But - let's end this "conversation". Makes me sad that you don't understand other people and neglect to create a special thread for your works and leave the "Rare Picture"-thread for the REAL rare pictures! Since you are that long member of this Forum you should know the rules ... but anyway. It is, how it is!

I’ve just started collecting the official picture books of Celine. That is where you’ll find the REAL rare pictures and direct from her social media content as well so we know it’s coming directly from the source. Anywhere else, nothing can really be believed as being genuine in this day and age unfortunately.

I think there's no problem posting photoshoped images, AS LONG AS IT'S INDICATED they're not official...

Maybe a separeted topic would be helpfull... but if not created, at least must be a common sense to indicate... this way nobody would feel "cheated" or whatever...
