abbie Posted May 15, 2008 at 02:54 PM Posted May 15, 2008 at 02:54 PM i think a more upbeat song...possibly eyes on me...with a live video. cuts of the show to promote the tour and later dvd release. i think her new album is awesome if people would give it the chance. a lot of people i know are like "oh, yeah, celine dion" but this album is different to her previous stuff i think. and i think it could be a big success if there was more promotion about how she has updated her sound. live videos take little work to be honest and are awesome at not only promoting the artist and the song but, like i said, the tour, dvd etc. i looooooooove alone and i love celine's version the best (of course) but it is very stereotypical of the kind of songs she has always done. i think something new. and there is new stuff on taking chances...it just needs to be heard. i also may be very wrong, but i don't think celine would fire rene. she has made it clear (and rightly so, in my opinion) that her family comes first. and i think she puts her love and trust in him. i think if he "retired" then she would as well. i don't honestly see one without the other. Doesn't surprise me that it was pegged as the single. Again, the only problem IMO is that the song is identified with Heart and they did an already incredible version of it that couldn't be bested. Looking forward to Celine's next blockbuster hit - one that no-one has heard before... Quote

You are definitely right when you said that Heart did an incredible version that couldn't be bested.......Love Celine, but I've always been a huge fan of Ann and Nancy Wilson. I believe that My Love or Fade Away would have done much better as a single.
