There was a short exclusive interview with Celine on Flash! She said her feet hurt like hell because of the shoes but that's what you need to be elegant LOL

Thanks so much for all the pictures... Celine looked truly beautiful... I don't know much about the award but it is evidently a very significant honour and one that is fully deserved!

 

And it seems all the Dion women have rather nice legs... :)

Peek a Boo American Friends' Celine

 

I'm French and live in Paris.

 

Here is some pictures about the "Legion d'Honneur" to Céline.

According to that iI read, it was Jacques Chirac who wanted to deliver it to Céline in 2005.

But she was in Vegas.

 

She's succesfull in Bercy. And me, I work close to her hotel.....

I can somewhat see what they are saying, but seriously, if they don't agree with Celine getting the award, then they should mock who selected her, NOT Celine.

I guess some people don't want to be happy for other people? It doesn't matter if Celine's not a rocket scientist, she's made a positive difference in a lot of people's lives and she's a good person. It was nice that she was given this award. Why try to ruin it?

Something I've never understood, not necessarily with this award, but many others, is why sports stars are honoured all the time and nobody objects, yet as soon as someone praises a singer for something he or she has done, they all want to criticise.
