I try to contact some fans who recorded the concert for 2 days.

Strangely, all videos which you are watching now are recorded by Mariah's or Christina's fans. (source from their korean fan club...)

Many Celine's fans were in VIP seats, so we couldn't it very well....

It was planned ahead though, right? Cuz there were rumors beforehand that she'd sing it at this particular show. If it was a message to Rene, she could have sang it at any of the shows...

And yeah, I know the tracklist changes, but it interests me to know how they decide on which songs, for which countries, etc.

Celine- c'était tres magnifique!! My love to you for a fantastic performance of 'My Love' (even if she did fluff the lyrics in the

second verse! ) The girl is human. Still a true legend

 

However, my perfect six goes to the All By Myself performance. The BEST performance for me since 1997 of this song!

 

Watching through the performancers since South Africa, the confidence is growing each time.

I always mix up 2 lines in Alone: "You don't know how long I have WANTED, to kiss your lips and hold you tight, you don't know how long I have WAITED, and I was gonna tell you tonight!" I mix up 'wanted' and 'waited', so I sing: "You don't know how long I have WAITED, to kiss your lips and hold you tight, you don't know how long I have WANTED, etc".

 

So after weeks and weeks of doing it wrong, I drove myself crazy and I finally learned that it has to be the other way around. Still, every time I sing it, I think: first want, then wait! So now I am singing along with Céline at the clip of Seoul and SHE MIXES IT UP! Finally I am singing it right and now I am singing it wrong AGAIN, because she mixed it up too!

So what can the Céline team learn from all this:

 

when an overplayed great hit is being performed (much in the same way it always has been performed) fans go "ok, nice I guess it has to be there" or focus on the errors about it, or merely a few Stepfordians praise it, but hey they praise everything.

 

then when a new song from her latest album/song never performed live before shows up all fans go bananas and is in 7:th heaven, all because of one new song - one song!

 

And the conclusion: reduce the number of greatest hits and the way they are performed and make room for new songs in the tour setlist.

 

This is the overall judgement of her fanbase (Stepfordians not included) which make up 90% of the concert goers... do the math...
