September 13 & 18, 2008 - Uniondale, NY (Nassau Coliseum)

Hey guys. I mentioned on the 13th, that I was able to give one of Celine's bodyguards a letter. Well, I woke up this morning to my dad saying "hey, you got a package from Celine". Of course, he was just being sarcastic, but little did he know, IT WAS FROM CELINE. haha. She sent me this autograph back! I'm gonna be realistic and say that her assistant probaly signed it since it was from Feeling Productions, but what a nice gesture! It was so fast too! That just seriously made this night the best ever haha.

OH MY GOSH.. this is wonderful girl! Okay, i have high hopes now..

 

Im bringing my letter to the show but im just so scared that I wont be able to get to the floor to see her when she leaves.. i was watching someone's video of it and the bodyguards push her along so quickly that theres no way that she can see everyone.. plus.. it looks dangerous down there.. everyone yelling, pushing, and even tugging on Celine.. im afraid i'll just be too soft about it all.. But thats hwo u got ur letter to her, right?

Well in the beginning of the show she came in on the other side, so I figured she'd exit on that side too. So instead of waiting and giving it to her, I gave it to her bodyguard. So I guess he got it to her. How sweet. At the end though, she did come off on my side of the stage! I was the second person she saw (After Ramona haha) so I got a couple extra seconds since the body guards weren't rushing her out of there just yet. BEST moment of my life, it's too bad I didn't catch it on film. The lady next to me did, and never sent me the video

I found this video which has one of my favorite moments of all time from the tour. There are two songs on this, The Prayer, and Pour Que Tu M'aimes Encore, and during PQTME she was looking at me for a large chunk of the time with the light that seemed to be shinging right on me. You can't see me in the video so you'll just have to believe me lol. But my section was small on the side of the stage. It was 2 rows, and most of the people in my section weren't huge fans (which was weird for me), but I was in the 2nd row, last row, of that section so I was able to stand up when she came over. I was singing along the words, and I guess that stood out too (besides me being the only person standing up) since everyone around me was probably like what the hell is she saying lol. Ah, so excited I found this, it brought back some great memories. Just thought I'd share. I still haven't found the video/photo of me hugging her when she left. It's so frustrating because I KNOW the woman next to me got it on film Ah well...it's in my memory
