if her voice doesn't crack and shake except the dolphin sounds, it's playback for sure. her voice is only a bit better than Whitney's now in the normal range. It's like sandpaper compare with coarse sandpaper.

 

BTW, Chinese press call her tour as "The Adventure of Mimi" which the real Chinese meaning is "The Adventure of Breasts". Mimi in Chinese means breasts.

I just don't get it.. what is there to be proud of anymore? It's not like she's belting out her songs anymore.. listen to her 3-4 last albums.. she's whispering trough every song.. Even when she sings completely live she always seems to struggle.. like it's the matter of life and death..

We always call it like that in China. Here's the "Chinese version Mariah Carey" - Jane Zhang. she's one of the hottest female singers in China right now from last year's Chinese Idol show(Super Girl) winners. She can make the scary dophin sound too, and she's a big lamb. BTW, her voice is much better than Mariah right now, not as good as early 90's Mariah though.

On Mariahdaily.com there's full bootleg of one of her concerts available. Good God, this woman can't sing for vermins - only like 3-4 songs are fully live while the rest is partially or fully lipped! I can understand why: Her live vocals can't carry on a song on a regular basis - her voice is sluggish, lacks verve, absolutely no control over the higher parts and this crackling hoarsness all over... That's what a once good singing artist came to. The best thing are her pitiful blind fans who rejoice as she adds new tour dates in Asia to make up for the current flop tournee in North America. I mean who's wondering anyway? You are grabage on stage, you flop.

I've never heard or read a story about Mariah being disciplined with her voice.. I mean.. we all know what kinds of stuff Céline did to be where she is/was.

Mariah likes to party at clubs, have drinks ocassionally, eat all kinds of food, other oral activities etc.. I believe if she was more disciplined with her voice it would sound much better then it is today. She takes for granted that she has an amazing voice (like people still claim today - which I hate!) so she thinks that this gift from God will always be there..NOT!
