Or maybe TSMGO will be on the French CD (if there is one). I'd love to have all those French songs on my iPod with Celine's current vocals.

hopefully there will be more extra stuff for the concert dvd (not sure if there can be more for the movie dvd lol)

like interview with the dancers and musicians also maybe like other tour staff and how they put up the stage and so on

For he people who would miss the show must go on on the cd, just make a mp3 or whatever, from the dvd, than you can have that song as well! However, what about the French dvd version? I don't see anything about the French one.

Can't wait till 27th though! :whee:

This is not the official press release, it wasn't distributed yet. There will be much more than that.

 

I think the reason for not using 'The Show Must Go On' on the CD is the same why 'River Deep' was not used on LAP DVD. Probably they were not allowed to use it... So think before you say they are stupid... There's a lot of thing copyright owners can restrict if they want to.

 

that's what i was thinking there must be a reason why not included those songs... be happy that they are on the dvd ;-) in the worst case they could delete those to! ;-)

I'm sure we will spend a lot of money in the next 2/3 months on her dvds... ;)

 

The only thing i hope for is that they release a Blu-Ray of the concerts to, but who knows!!

I think that 'promotion' celine on home make over edition, is not the real promotion I would think of. Who knows maybe she'll do some interviews, i think we get some more Vegas news around that time to.

I'm confused... I thought Darren said that the press release was being pushed back until 3/17, and now celinedion.nl is releasing this press release...

 

Like I said, this was the original (official) press release with the original dates.. :) They've already changed the release date of the concert DVD to mid-May, and with the final press release pushed back, there's bound to be a bit more changes (we didn't want to hold this from the fans)..:)

damnit!! i'd so much have Show must go on on the cd than TPOL or TLYM :glare:

 

it's weird that we only have the english data, not the french one...

 

and let me laugh so hard about this:

I cant think of anything we could have more than this chabby lol This is gonna be one good summer, i wonder what else we are getting then other than the french concert? Maybe the deluxe edition?

I won't be cheering up until i know it for sure...

The biggest drawback of the cd is the lack of I'm Alive! It's such a gem! and we have LCMM:(

I hope the concert DVDs are released as Live in Boston and Live a Montreal, (just like Live a Paris, Live in Memphis, Live in Las Vegas, Live a Quebec) :)

Here's a rough translation of the Polish article:

 

The film shows life singer and her family during the world tour of the album "Taking Chances", in which she played 135 concerts in 93 cities in 23 countries, including Poland. "Through The Eyes Of The World" is Céline, which we had never before seen - the story going far beyond the music, filmed in various places around the world, with many guests. Director Stephane Laporte, the film lasts for almost 3 hours, and shows all aspects of the personality of one of the most popular singers of the world - loving mother, perfect professional, vulnerable women and "neighborhood" friend in favor behind the scenes of funny jokes. Everything is decorated with Dion songs and fragments of one of the most spectacular tours in recent years.

 

May 10 will see the release of a special edition of "Through The Eyes Of The World" together with an additional DVD containing the entire concert from the tour "Taking Chances". The whole will be delivered in an elegant hard cover also includes a 56-page booklet and a set of 5 postcards.

 

W selling album also appears on the CD.

Like the idea of a deluxed edition with 56 page booklet, movie & concert. Hope though that it also includes a French version of the show when it is officially announced.

I love the idea of the booklet too, but I'm worried this will be instead of the photo book release in English. I hope I'm wrong! :confused:

that's what i thought, the deluxe edition will contain a booklet ( i think with pics from Autour Du Monde ) and the entire concert? 56page booklet haha i remember them saying something like that with D'eux :whistling:

 

and then they will also release the concert with an cd?

i think we will have a lot of things double ;) hope they include a feature to watch the backdrops, and intro/fashionista video only :D

and YES for blu-ray :D

Don't know when, but probably a few weeks or so. They're still tweaking stuff as the final press release still isn't out, but the May 10 date is definately more plausible, yet still not confirmed 100%.

At the moment April 26/27th still stands for the DVD of "Through The Eyes"... Mid-May for the Concert DVD. :)

Yes, the version for cinemas was shortened to 2hrs. We will get the full version on DVD.

I am waiting for the release on May 10th so I can buy the deluxe edition. And I'm going to buy the french and english one.

I don't have a Blu Ray player (yet) I'm waiting for them to release a Blu Ray with DVR
