As you can know the new album is not so much edged as they said, Céline and her team rejected songs from Kara DioGuardi, Keri Hilson, Greg Wells and Timbaland, Ethu from the spanish forum will post these songs tomorrow. He says that the album would be diferent. :unsure:

Humm... don't know if I believe that. But I think that TCH is a edge album for sure! Just listen to the guitars all the time, the dark lycris... It's her best english album for years. Since ATW I can say...

I completely agree!! since ATW. The 2000s up till now have been 'wish' of 'wash' to the 'ey'. WISHYWASHY !

Anyway, I'm really curious about these rejected songs, even if they are sung by the original authors!

 

But as for me, like some of you said, this album is pretty edgy regarding Céline career so far and especially her albums in 2000s!! I rather can't see the gothic feeling in it, it would be too much said about the album BUT still it's edgy comparing what we have heard before from our fave singer! :D

 

Only some songs by Céline in late 80s and early 90s were comparely edgy but of course there were other sounds those days... (see "Seulement qu'une aventure", for example)

Don't feel ashamed to ask, celine herself doesn't know who he is.

 

He's a black, fat, american, producer, known for his Hip Hop RnB stuff, who made the hits of 2007 (One Republic, Nelly Furtado, Justin Timberlake....).

His technique of adding the same beat and his huh huh to all the songs he produced is quite boring and annoying if you ask me. :hmm:
