As great as youtube is, I think we're starting to see it's disadvantages in some respects. If not for youtube, we'd think the whole concert or at least most of it was live, we would never have seen ANYTHING until we actually went, in which case it would be more of a surprise than it is now and less of a disappointment that nothing had been changed from what we have seen on youtube. The only thing i'm disappointed in is that she lips more than just the medley. Other than that, I'm quite happy and looking forward to this, and I'm sure there are many others who'd agree.

 

Instead of being so negative, let's enjoy the fact we actually have something to see (and yes....something to complain about too I guess). She didn't have to do this tour for us, she could be in her bedroom trying to get pregnant right now.

Instead of being so negative, let's enjoy the fact we actually have something to see (and yes....something to complain about too I guess). She didn't have to do this tour for us, she could be in her bedroom trying to get pregnant right now.

I understand your feelings, Shaun, but there is NO POINT in anyone laying prostrate on the ground giving thanks to goddess Celine for sending her presence to bless us... :sofunny: :sofunny:

 

P.S. I'm sure there are some fans out there doing that, right now, in their Celine shrines... surrounded by their CD single collections from 50 countries! :mdr:

I'm not saying we have to go to the United Church of Celine and get on our knees and bless and praise Saint Celine for this tour, but seriously all of this negativity sucks the life outta ya after awhile. I just think we need to be happy there's a tour in the first place, express what we like as well as what we wish were done differently and move on.

The songs and outfits are the same as in her previous english shows (Europe - Amsterdam), incl Fade Away and Shadow of Love. The only difference on the outfits was that she added a necklace,a big crystal flower to her white dress. Celine was super excited and happy to be in Boston. People LOVED her. When MHWGO started to play the noise was so loud, it was incredible. It was the loudest I have ever heard, louder than in 1999 and louder than in Europe. They were indeed filming the DVD tonight. What a great great great show!

you must be so excited right now! I remember the feeling I had after seeing her in LV. I'm glad she looked good. I bet she was really tan and blonde from her vacation.

She didnt seem to be that much different. Hair was the same brown as in Europe and the tan was the same. What ticked me off though that people were screeching during the acapella My love. I was ready to strangle them all.

If she stayed in Montréal the whole time I don't think she would be tanned, it was raining the last 30 days. :giggle:

she was emotional. She kinda stopped singing right before she goes into the last high verse (...and I). There was a pause maybe a minute long, she was just sitting there. people thought the song was over but then she picked it up again. I dont think that was intentional. Celine seemed very touched and emotional.

 

And they were checking the bags. I saw a few camera flashes but not that many.

 

Oh, and Celine shook hands with a LOT of people around the catwalk ends. I am sure they will beef up security from now on.

oh yeah, haha she has been in Canada, hasn't she. I don't know why but I was thinking of all those pictures of her on her balcony in Monaco and just imagined that they were more recent than they were. I guess time's been going by quickly.
