hmm: what do u think if A World to believe in to be recorded in different countries languagues and Celine duet with every legend diva from that country. This idea was inspired by The song When you believe theme song from The Prince of Eygpt which recorded in so many languagues. Celine recorded a duet with japanese singer and that duet sound great and i can see a big potential if the song is start making into a duet with famous singer A Mei from Taiwan, a chinese version, then maybe a duet with Dato Siti Nurhaliza from Malaysia, a malay version, many many more and thailandm philipina, spanish, french, germany, arabian, cantonese, thailand, then when celine have the concert at that country then she could invite the singer to duet with her ...this will definitely will be another great achivement recorded the song in so many country languague and perform it during a concert.

 

I really found the song lyric means so much and touched me so deeply.....

 

China..can u imagine celine makin a great duet with any famous diva like A Mei, Faye Wong, Na Ying and imagine she is singing the chorus in chinese....

 

Just an idea......

a world to believe in is great without anyone accompanying celine. but if ever, i dont want celine to re-record it with another female artist. i want it to be re-record by a male artist. here in the philippines, a male singer named JED MADELA is pretty huge and he has a very distinctive voice and won few yrs ago in asian song festival i think, with all asian singers and he won the grand price. his voice has that magic that ive never heard from any male vocalists around the globe. and i think his voice would suit the song and celine's as well. :yes:

I like it. The duet is really good. I also like Yuna's solo version, except for the chorus parts. It would be better if she sang the whole part in Japanese. It's weird with the English words in between, weird in a Celine's Be The Man Japanese version way. Takes away from the flow.

at least then more people would buy the album and hear some of the other songs on the cd ... we really need a hit!! :clap:

The USA Mix It's pretty much the same..LOL...at first the only difference I could tell is that it seems a bit slower cause it doesn't have either the "tingling" sound behind (sorry don't know how to explain myself on that one) nor the loud violins...let's say it's a stripped version with more guitars and less orchestra ...maybe more like the track on the album...but still as a duet Edited by Loup_garou

plus the 5th verse in Yuna's solo version it's different from the duet (as far as i can hear without understand a word) and she ends the verse with "Don't cry anymore"

 

this is the verse from the duet

涙であふれる心 (Namida de afureru kokoro)

寄り添うように抱いてくれた (Yorisou you ni daite kureta)

気づけば一人ではなかった (Kizuke ba hitori de wa nakatta)

風の日も (Kaze no hi mo)
