No1IrishFan Posted March 20, 2008 at 12:06 AM Posted March 20, 2008 at 12:06 AM hey guys, in the past few weeks i been checking with ticketmater to see if any tickets are available for Celines dublin show, but each time i'm told that it is totally sold out! and GUESS WHAT!! they are selling some seats in block A1, i cant believe it!! i entered 6 to see what they had and they offered me 6 seats together in block A1! It seems it isnt sold out after all!! Quote
carys Posted March 20, 2008 at 11:00 AM Posted March 20, 2008 at 11:00 AM WoW! Thats amazing - what row are they in? I just went and had a look and was offered seats in B5, row E - i don't really understand where these tickets are coming from! I thought maybe they're starting to sell off the seats that were held for the special packages? I'm gonna keep checking just incase somethin amazing comes up! Quote
stevo Posted April 1, 2008 at 10:30 PM Posted April 1, 2008 at 10:30 PM (edited) Here's the seating chart- I hadn't seen it. I'm relatively happy with my LOW308, row CC, seats 23-21...can't have the best seats everywhere! I am so excited- but surprised it's not going to be in the round- in such a huge stadium? http://media.ticketmaster.co.uk/en-gb/tmim.../uk2/11722s.gif Although it says below the stage plan on the Croke Park site that stage location can vary...are we certain it won't be in the round? http://www.crokepark.ie/page/stadium_seating_plan.html Oh and I like this little vid... http://www.mcd.ie/home/fn.php?c=4282845&ar=celinedion Edited April 1, 2008 at 10:37 PM by stevo Quote

pepillo90 Posted April 2, 2008 at 03:42 PM Posted April 2, 2008 at 03:42 PM Hope will be a round stage! I'm in LOW 303, So I guess I won't notice any difference, but... J-Man Posted April 2, 2008 at 04:18 PM Posted April 2, 2008 at 04:18 PM (edited) Is the Dublin concert the most widely anticipated one of the whole tour, it certainly seems to be to me (certainly in Europe)Which is the largest seating capacity of the tour, is it Croke Park?) It would be great if they made the video from there!!We should be organising a get together before/after the show to clebrate this momentous occasion. In fact, you're all invited to my hotel room after the concert, it's only across the road! I went to ticketmaster today out of interest and it says that it's sold out, tried to see if I could get tickets anyway and said none available. The Getaway package is available still though. I am pretty sure that it's not a round stage, the whole layout of the pitch would need to change, and after the fiasco of the Barbra Streisand concert last year... I bought 4 Getaways for the concert and staying in Croke Park Jury's on the day of the sale, but won't know untill the week before what my seats are (Will be in A1, A3 or A6) It's very frustrating, especially as they were pretty pricey. My friends nearly dropped when I told them, I don't think they'll trust me to buy tickets for Celine again!! If they made the very wise decision (in my opinion) to make a video from there, it'd be amazing!! It's going to be an absolutely unreal atmosphere - 80000+ crazy Celine fans - I CANNOT WAIT! Quote

I can't wait!! :jump: I just seriously hope that my exams don't clash with it - not that it'll stop me going haha! I think i would actually split my sides if she said 'what's the craic?'. I bet she does do something like that though. She seems to have been making a real effort to get involved with local culture and language so far on the tour Quote
Shamrock_1982 Posted April 2, 2008 at 06:24 PM Posted April 2, 2008 at 06:24 PM she has to do it then.... as you say shes been learning, sayings for fans in s.africa, japan etc.... it would be sooo cool!! lol. Quote

Especially after all your hard work to try to get her to come to Belfast! And I've a feeling that Celine might just go mad in Dublin, I mean, she's pretty crazy anyway, and everyone goes mad for the Irish, so I mean Celine's just gonna be out of this world! If she says "What's the craic Dublin?!" I think i might just die. Gonna have to record the whole concert just to try and get that on film! Could you imagine having that as like your message tone?! Shamrock_1982 Posted April 2, 2008 at 06:55 PM Posted April 2, 2008 at 06:55 PM (edited) she has to be fair to all irish fans and say ''ireland'' not dublin, as shes not doing any other dates in ireland (tut tut, ie BELFAST,lol) as fans from all over ireland both north and south will be there lol....i got access to her soundcheck in london, so if i do get the chance, trust me i'll say to her, lol crap i have to get friggin tickets for dublin!!! p.s. cant wait to get stevo's reaction to this, lmao Edited April 2, 2008 at 07:04 PM by Ire23 Quote

dirrtydavid Posted April 15, 2008 at 12:41 AM Posted April 15, 2008 at 12:41 AM (edited) hey guys, incase anyone else like me from up North is attending, saw an advert in the paper today for a £10 day return to Dublin on the enterprise train, given that it's like £36 usually i think for a return. I'm gonna contact them and see if i can buy a return ticket for the 30th, but only make the outward journey from belfast. And a return ticket for the 31st but only make the return journey, worth a try to save £16 me thinks.... edit: while checking for a contact email address i came across more specific T&C's stating the voucher/tickets can only be redeemed at the departure station on the day of travel, the buggers! irishmike Posted April 16, 2008 at 10:16 PM Posted April 16, 2008 at 10:16 PM Hey guys, any idea is there anyone we could get on to to try and get a meet and greet? 2FM, Today FM, Sony. Seems like we're gonna have to try organise something ourselves. Don't know if this would even be possible. Quote
