The seating chart on Ticketmaster.ie for the Croke Park concert shows the stage as being down one end of the stadium, but in the other seating charts the concert is in the round, the stage is in the centre of the arena. What's that about?

 

Does that mean the seating chart on Ticketmaster.ie is wrong? What if when we go to buy tickets tomorrow and get offered all weird numbers that dont corresspond to the ones on the seating chart, but might end up to be really good seats.

I think the ticketmaster seating chart is probably right, so i think if i get offered seats on the pitch somewhere (A block i think) i'll just take them. THey'd seem to be better than the ones we got offered in the 'pre-sale'!

They seem to be packages for the concert... and include access to the soundcheck etc with Celine??... then on Ticketmaster there are the regular tickets... whats the difference, anyone know any info or pricing on these?

Hi, I hadn't seen those before. I remember seeing that there would be packages for the Dublin show, but thats the first i've seen of them.

 

They're pretty pricey too - £437/€630 ex VAT for the hot sound package!

 

I'm assuming this is why we weren't given the option of the first few rows in the teamCeline presale, as they're being reserved for the packages.

 

I'm still hoping that I'll be able to get my hands on some pitch block A tickets tomorrow morning. Will be gutted if i don't!

just got a ticket for Block A5 this morning, at first i was offered a seat in block 303 but then i specifically asked for pitch seating and had to wait for 6 minutes before anything came up so i thought all A block seats would be gone. I hate ticketmaster, i really do as i asked for best seats at first and they offered me block 303!!!!

Oh my goodness. I'm such an idiot, i got so stressed out and confussed i wound up buying 5 tickets when i only needed 3. Put in 2 instead of 3 initially and the seats were pretty good so i was afraid of loosing them. Tried for 3 afterwards and they were only 1 row behind. I rang one of my friends and she might take the extras of me. Fingers crossed.

I'm really annoyed right now. I was on ticketmaster at 8 sharp, requrested best tickets available, and got offered 303 row UU, so gave them up. Didn't realise that I had to put pitch seating as opposed to best available. Can't believe ticketmaster wouldnt assume the pitch is the best available!! By the time i got to pitch seating, I'd waited for 15 mins, and only got offered B5 row R.

 

so i9 bought 2 teamceline tickets, and got low334 (opposite 303) row E, which is ok.

 

How much would you be looking for your extra tickets nic?

That's ridiculous. The best seating/ pitch thing confused me too. I assumed that they would assume pitch seating was best too but in the end i chose pitch.

 

I would just be looking what they cost. I think its aroud £92/129 euro

you should count your blessings.the seats i was offered on ticketmaster were so bad that i also went back to teamceline but i have never been offered anything better than low 303 row r or row z.

my friend who is also team celine got row r and i took row z.i never got the option of row e so your seats are pretty good i think.

still cant believe what a total mess this presale has been,looks like the general public ,if they were lucky got better seats than teamceline(which seems to be the case for this irish date).

what is sad is that even if you were to complain to teamceline nothing would come of it.as long as they get their membership money they dont seem to care.......

The tickets on ticketmaster have now sold out save for a few single seats scattered around the stalls.

I bought the Getaway tickets with Event Travel, 4 with b&b in the 4 star Jurys Croke Park (2 rooms)

The hotel is across road from stadium so no travelling, but €420 per ticket! And only know that the seats are in blocks A1, A3 or A6. No other info.

I may have gone slightly mad, (my friends are probably still in shock)

I selected Best available on Ticketmaster as well. Got offered stalls, forget that! Best available should have been pitch!

Once again, I've been stumped.

Here's hoping the seats I get turn out to be good (first 8 rows)

I CANNOT BELEIVE I DIDN'T GET THE TICKETS I NEEDED....

 

They advertised this ticket sale only 1 week before, clearly not enough time to allow people to plan this out and get the money to book, about 6 of use wanted to go but I couldnt even book 2 tickets together on ticketmaster... ended up I got 3 single seats scattered all over...

 

If ANYONE here has tickets and wants to sell 2 together let me know

 

or if ANYONE has single seats and wants to swap about, mines re UPP731 ROW T, UPP 735 ROW P and UPP734 ROW G

I know its a longshot but if anyone has tickets close to these and dont mind swapping let me know please as I dont think my family will go if we're seperated...

I can't belive how we got so screwed up because of our greediness.

 

we got block A7, front row but that's totally outside the stage so we kept on trying and got rows K V W etc on blocks 6-5-3 etc and wouldn't settle for those until it all ran out and now we're in 705 <_<

So glad i've got some tickets sorted - even though I know i'd have got better ones if not for the whole pitch seating/best available nonsense on ticketmaster, but whats done is done!

Yeah ticketmaster should actually have a system where you see the chart layout, u select what block you wanna be in and from there you choose your own seats...

 

It took me over 1 HOUR!!! this morning to find and book 3 Seats in the same Stand and each one are all seperated from eachother, I dont even know I'll be going now cause the poeple I'll be going with don't seem keen on sitting on their own, and neither do I really!

 

God it was a total disaster this morning for me, their site kept timing out too and then I had 2 seats in the same block but it would only let me book 1 at a time which meant the other one was already taken by the time I checked out on the first one, ended up panicking!... God I've waited 10 years for her to come back to Ireland since the last concert LTAL was cancelled and always imagined getting the seats I wanted, never entered my head that I wouldn't even get enough seats for everyone who wanted to go... PLEASE PLEASE ANNOUNCE Another date for Ireland!!!!
