I just expected we would just go straight into JNVOP

If we choose to do only ONE song then I reckon the English one would win as it would be easier for everyone.

 

It would be great if we could all meet up and practice it.

29 for a Medley

 

The purpose of the vote was to make it "Majority Rules" and even though it's close, the winner is clearly TAST !

 

As Stacey mentioned before:

If we want the whole audience to join in then the song should be in English

I agree we should meet to rehearse, and I guess it'd be nice to do it on Saturday afternoon. Do You guys that have already been to Vegas know any place we could be left alone to plan our song attack? It should be somewhere with not many people, cause then we'd call more attention than we need!

 

My last week to practice! I'll have to record a cd only with TAST (like 18 tracks with the same song! ) and put it in my MP4 to listen while I'm on the bus or something!

I still like the idea of sing both TAST and JNOP...it shouldn't be too difficult...after TAST then maybe one person can queue JNOP and we can all sing it (PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT) or maybe after TAST someone can sing the first few words of JNOP and then we all join in...I dunno why, but I think this would be a truely special and perfect song to add in

I really favor the idea of doing just one song, so I think it's a good decision. Not only is two hard to pull off, but it's just too "practiced" if we do two and someone has to "count-off" and all of that... it will make it much more special if the big fans just start singing to her. Just "spontaneously" chiming in and singing this song to her is sweet while not being too weird... haha.

I know it`s gonna be chilly but it will have to be outside so we have more space and not disturd anyone else.

A car park somewhere?

Caesars Pool?

 

I think holding off until the end of the show might be a bit difficult because she`s obviously going to get a HUGE standing ovation and we might miss the chance.

Perhaps we could move the "On t`aime Celine" to another time and do htis song before "If I could" ??

I agree with you, Jane. We might very easily miss the chance at the end of the show due to the huge standing ovation, and who knows what else might take place in the end. I don't think it will be the usual bowing and just walking off the stage right after..

 

To sing before "If I could" sounds good. It's quiet in the audience right then and there's a little break between the songs there, so I think this would be a good chace for us to start singing.
