Yes, I'm excited to say that I think we did do it. By sending in those requests, we were able to get her added to the request list, and so now you can just click on her song and submit. No need to provide a zip code, e-mail address or anything else anymore.

 

But you should make it a point to keep on requesting each time you log onto the forum. It only takes literally 5 seconds.

 

On a side note, I'm still confused as to how to text message in a request. What is the number and how do I do it? Thanks.

Are you sure IP addresses aren't identified with the requests? I mean, in theory, one could sit here and request Celine all day long. Couldn't they have a system that deletes duplicate requests?

 

Or maybe you're still supposed to enter your name, e-mail, city and zip code?

 

I'm just getting curious in thinking it can't be that easy to keep voting over and over again.

I thought I needed a 7 digit phone number with a 3 digit area code first in order to text someone. 55100 will cut it? I just tried and it seemed to go through. Hmm.

 

Yes, it went through! I just got a text back that said I'd be reminded before Taking Chances would be played!

That doesnt work for me. I tried clicking the Backspace button, which does take me back to the request page, but the box for Taking Chances is unchecked.

I use FireFox, try using another browser.

I'm not 100% sure, it's worth a shot though. Some sites are easier to vote over and over again than others.

When you say spam them with requests, you don't suggest I text them over and over again? Is that worth it? They're going to notice that the texts are from the same person.

Isn't pay to get play on radio is banned in the US? I think SONY was fined due to that before. I think it's due to our requests.
