Problem with TeamCeline

Nope... still can't log in!

I can log in just fine, but it will not pull up my account or anything. In addition, my teamceline number will not work on ticketmaster. I know I still have over a year left on my account.

These problems on the Web site are unacceptable,imo. People who continuously have difficulties signing in or accessing certain links should be compensated.TC seems to be slow in reporting the last news which is another reason why I didn't renew my subscription.....TC needs to seriously get their act together

I still can't log-in, and I tried sending an email to teamceline@musictoday.com. Guess what, the email was returned saying "address rejected."

I just registered at team celine. Everytime I go into register my details, it says there is an internal error, so i can't access the site yet. Is everyone else still having problems? You know they said they fixed the problem, but I still cannot buy anything from the boutique nor can I view my inbox, and I still didn't get to submit an answer for the TC monthly contest question. I'm pissed about the whole TC site. Every time I go to purchase something in the boutique, it tells me that my password isn't correct, and I know it is...I've tried it a thousand times. Besides, once you sign in once, you shouldn't have to sign in a million more times...that is rediculous! I can now login again, but I still can't activate my TC membership renewal. Same old message - invalid activation code but it's the one they provided me with. My old membership expires before I get back from Vegas so maybe when I return I won't be a member any more and they'll have made $25 out of me (which I would gladly have donated to this forum if I'd known all the trouble I was going to have).

 

In the long run its their loss!

I just renewed and it was really a long stupid way!! The old way was much quicker and better! I did have to make a new boutique account, cause they didn't know the old one!

 

When I clicked on the link at the end of the purchase, I also got 'invalid code' but when I logged on to the website and click on the link underneath the free gift options, it did work! Now I'm a member again till 28 September 2008.... which is also stupid in a way, cos my last membership was valid till 30 september... but who's counting the two days?

 

 

Oh and I think all the old TC membercodes are gone... I can't see mine anymore! And besides.. you don't have use for it at ticketmaster, cos all the dates of AND are sold out

I just tried this and it has worked! Why the bleep bleep don't they link you to this page after you've renewed instead of what is, presumably, the TC new members page.

 

My membership expires on 28th September 2008 too. The only reason I can suggest is that 30th September this year is a Sunday and the 28th is a Sunday too next year. They're being very literal with their 1 year. God forbid they give us even an extra day!

So how do you buy something from TC if you log in and then head over to the boutique and it says you must sign in even though you already have?? I'm so pissed...and confused....this site obviously needs someone running it that knows what they are doing!

You must make a new account for the Boutique. MusicToday was not able to transfer the old Boutique account information over to the new store. So you have to start fresh!

The problem Ronny is that if we create a new account like I did - it says I'm not a TC member so I can't have discount and neither buy the tc exclusives.

I still can't log in either. I talked to a supervisor on friday and she said that her, as well as IT, were going to be there saturday and that she would call me but she didn't. I am going to call them tomorrow and see what she tells me. She said there are about 2,000 people who are unable to log in right now.

True you can't use it for AND tickets anymore (the code) but what about when tickets for the world tour go onsale?

In the last week my subscription has expired and I when I try to renew it, it says there is no account matching my e-mail address. SOOO annoying I just I hope that they don't put the next release of the tour dates up untill the problems are sorted out because I want to order them before they go on sale to general public - after all this is the main reason I joined TC in the first place!!!!

I called again today and they are still working on fixing the problem (they always say that). I told the supervisor that now it is just saying for me to enter a "valid log in" and not telling me that my account has expired. She took note of it and said she would pass that new information on to IT.

 

They should at least be posting messages on TeamCeline about it, but so far I've only seen the one saying the problems were fixed when they actually weren't.
