I joined TC only for tickets..I got really good seats through TC so I'm more than happy for the membership.I don't visit the site daily unless there's something going on, like an album preview..so usually I don't know if the site is working or not. This is another reason why I'm starting to get annoyed with TeamCeline. I'd say about half of the messages I've written to them don't even activate a response from them. Heck, I'd even settle for a generic form letter message. But what do I get? Nothing! And if somebody on here wants to be an enabler and say, "Well, they must get loads of e-mails everyday. Be understanding." Um...no. TeamCeline, whether people on here want to admit it or not, is a business. If a business is starting to get overloaded with a certain problem (ex. too many e-mails to respond to) then that business should hire more people to take care of the issue. All I can say is unless some MAJOR changes start happening with TeamCeline in the coming months I highly doubt I'll be renewing next year. ...Joe... Quote
