Well what-ever the name of the new album is gona be. there will be some people who love it, and there will be some people that will hate it. But one thing is certain. I will be there to buy it. And that is the only thing that matters to me.

You know, Celine does not need to be humbled when it comes to album titles. Although, she likes to be :)

 

I think she can choose any declaration in a title that she wants now... :giggle:

 

 

For example, look at the first album she ever released:

btw I always liked her album titles, but I think it would be great to have a title, which isn't a title of a song... but more something like D'elles or D'eux etc... or a phrase from a song... that would do to!

English albums of hers have the tradition of having one of the song titles as proper titles of the actual album. Wonder whether she will do it again this time around.

Ok Celine Should not give the album a tittle of the song in the CD because you need somthing catchy LIke Mariah Careys: The Emancipation of Mimi....Or Mary J Blige titlle of Breakthrough act

 

CELINE DION should have a title like CELINE DION:REVEALED or CELINE DION:AFTER 5 YEARS or CELINE DION: Faith

 

Or anything Catchy but not like One Heart or Te Colour of my Love or Even Falling Into You

how come u guys r like making up tracklist and the title of the albums......

it's still few months away...... like 4 or 5 months...

and i don't really mind what is the title of the album...

and also i don't think they'll recycle any songs this time... as it's totally new english album

I like the idea of "Immensity". Maybe it'll be in english on the album, but not a popular single. Kind of like with LTAL, the song was never a single, but it made a nice title.

as much as i hate saying it - YOU AND I should be celine's comeback single...and no it's not a bad joke .

now that hilary chose this song celine is everyhwere , u can see reports about her everywhere and i truely think sony should take this chance and release this song as a single!! yes yes - it's a crappy song but it's still gonna be no 1 in the u.s - everyone wants to hear hilary's song and if sony will release this song it just might be celine's greatest hit ever in the u.s - just the legal downloads would make celine no 1 , i'm sure about it .

Let's not be ridiculous now by suggesting that "You and I" should lead the new album.

 

We have all been fighting for months now that the album should include all new material and including "You and I" on it just because it's being used in a political campaign is madness. It's clear Celine and Sony want to go in a completely new direction with this new album and including "You and I" would be a massive step backwards.

i'm not suggesting it . i think it should be released as a single so celine will have a no 1 hit again , it would be easier that way for the audience to welcome her back with her new single from the new album....

let's face it - whether we like it or not , YAI will be part of her new english album now - that's how they work and they wont miss this "chance" .

 

all i'm saying is that if they already plan on adding this song to the new album , they better release it now so she'll have a no 1 hit...she can release 1 more song until the release of the album - there is more than enough time....

however if they r not planning on releasing YAI as a single right now i'd be the first to sign the petition against this song being part of her new album - i hate this song!!

 

i know it sound weird to some of u...it's just that i want commercial success too and if that means we'll have 1 crappy song on the new album...well... :wink:

Well, it seems Celine should promote her new album with Y&I but without the song NOT on the new album! LOL

I'm aware the song could be used, but I would also like only NEW material on the new album (+IKILY of course, it seems it's inevitable...).

And besides, with it Celine already has some publicity...

I don't think the song should be officially released as a single. If it gets a lot of airplay, great! But no need to advertise an old, and somewhat dated song - not good representation of what's to come. I hope. :pinch: :blushing1:
