Erin Posted September 7, 2007 at 01:58 AM Posted September 7, 2007 at 01:58 AM I kind of like the new cover better. The eye makeup is so dark, I thought her face was looking a little corpse-like at a distance. It washed out her eyes to me and made them look white. When I saw the HQ, I thought her eyes looked amazing. I was even thinking it would be better if the pic was closer. I'm happy they did it Quote facebook / twitter

Love, Posted September 7, 2007 at 02:38 AM Posted September 7, 2007 at 02:38 AM I do like the second cover better. The whiteness of the background with the pale color tones really washed out her face. Yes, it's "corpse-like" like Erin said. I don't want to jinx this but that would be so funny if they used the "first cover" as the back cover of the album. :mdr: And the only picture inside the cover jacket is an upclose of her current picture. tativale Posted September 7, 2007 at 02:55 AM Posted September 7, 2007 at 02:55 AM I love this second cover, like it better! Celinesongs Posted September 7, 2007 at 03:01 AM Posted September 7, 2007 at 03:01 AM Angelil said Dion's first album in four years will come out next year, when her four-year run at Caesars Palace ends. Hasn't it been a 5 year run? Even Celine has said it herself in the July 2007 issue of Elle magazine... I have to remain who I am. If I came [to her Vegas show] every night for the past five years and they still come, I think there is still a place for me to keep singing what I’m singing.. I know I'm being picky but I'm proud of Celine for being able to stay popular and sell out her show for that many years! rome Posted September 7, 2007 at 03:03 AM Posted September 7, 2007 at 03:03 AM I like both... the first one was sexier, it was new, fresh... the new one shows up her face better, and lets admit it she looks stunning in the pic... I do think that they shouldn't be changing stuff after they made an official choice, it gets people confused... I think the first one is beautiful in a huge size. There are many details I think exactly the same... the first cover would look amazing as a huge promo poster! Teodora Posted September 7, 2007 at 09:06 AM Posted September 7, 2007 at 09:06 AM I love them both! I love the full figure one, cause I love that suit and her position. I love the waist-up one because we can see her face better, with that incredible attitude. I don't like it that they cut her fingers off, with that ring... not the way to cut a picture, leaving a hand with no fingers... To tell you the truth, I wouldn't be surprised if they completly changed the picture Anyway, hope they make up their mind soon, a cover is important. Not for the fans that much, because we're really waiting for the music, but for non-fans, it attracts people to at least look at it, maybe give it a listen in the shop, ending up buying, cause the music is so good!
