nature boy Posted September 19, 2006 at 05:34 PM Posted September 19, 2006 at 05:34 PM "You Raise me Up" is originally sang by Secret Garden. So Josh's is not the original anyway, even his version is the best.<{POST_SNAPBACK}> Oh yeah I knew that, it's just Josh made it his own. SimplyCeline Posted September 27, 2006 at 08:56 PM Posted September 27, 2006 at 08:56 PM Not particularly a big fan of Westlife, but they are huge over here in the UK. Hated their Diana duet, totally ruined that song! IMO Diana did just fine on her own! And im not especially excited about their covering of HYEBIL tbh. Speaking of covers of Celine, i presume most have heard Meatloaf's..It's All coming back to me now? I really hate it, lol, it completely lacks the oomph of Celine's. Don't mess with perfection i say... Rant over. Quote

lordspootnik Posted October 16, 2006 at 12:09 PM Posted October 16, 2006 at 12:09 PM im disappointed !!! westlife will not cover any celine's song, not even "Have You Ever Been In Love" with is another version and has nothing to do with celine's "Have You Ever Been In Love" !!! i have heard the song, its good but not like celine's one. for westlife's fan, "total eclipse of the heart" is great, "the rose", "you are so beautiful" and "all out of love" are my favorists. Here's a question the interviewer asked:Were the songs on the album the personal choices of the Westlife guys? "Yeah. We actually chose from a long list of love songs. Those that made it are our personal choices." Unfortunately, Lonestar's Amazed didn't make it to the final cut for release either. :( I LOVE THAT SONG!
