I didn't have problems with TeamCeline after the changes.... I understand why they had problems BUT solving these problems shouldn't take so long. They didn't inform fans about the technical issues, and some renewed their memberships because of that. TC should've put a simple note in the news section or email the fans and tell us what was going on and why things weren't working.

 

anyway..it's all fine now. TC is getting better and better, we've had pictures, video previews, new products in the boutique..and they update the news more often. I'd love to see more exclusive things, rare videos and songs though.

With the old TC site you had your own Inbox and could send and receive messages from other members. You could also see the members` list.

 

I had made A LOT of friends and had lots of messages.

That has all gone now. I had my friends` telephone numbers and addresses in there.

Are we able to access our old messages at all?

 

I see that we now have an inbox in the forum but none of the old messages.

 

I don`t think it`s right that we should have to wait for the moderators to check the forum topics and posts first before they go on.

What are you worried about? Hate mail? You have to be a TC member to join the forum and it`s unlikely that someone will pay $25 just to post negative comments.

Our posts should go on immediately!!!

Waiting for an approval for a thread is flat out terrible. It's basically censorship..

I just wondered if anyone else is having problems geeting into "Team Celine" I am trying to be understanding but some days all runs smoothly...then the next I keep getting error messages and just cannot get logged in. Seems you can get onto the site but actually getting in to the Team Celine member bit is very hit and miss. I don't want to get about it BUT it's been a few months now since the upgrade AND with a very important week of announcements coming up I would like to feel confident that I could get the benefits of being a "Team Celine" member....There I have had my moan ...Now you all have a good day .... and I leave you with a litte

I Think ..the site is favoulous, but if u are a Team Celine Member...is better..and some people (like me) can´t be a member, my idea is that..people (no members) can win some tickets to Las Vegas...or something like that ..no matter if you are or not are a team Celine Member...that´s not mean that you love Celine more...

And...I Think that U should to think in Latin People....Im from Chile...and i feel like ...that im Alone here tryn to have news about her...

we get a new news update every day!!

and there;s proberly people behind the scenes who work hard on it!! and its not going to please every one

i do however agree with what some people are suggesting

i think an official forum would be great,, just like this one really as its like a family of celine fans on here!!

 

I also think they should brighten up the main page

We need more TC world tour tickets available per member for the entire tour - not just 2!!!!

 

And is it only me or you can order the new/replacement of your membership card only when you print and send via post the PDF file print??!

 

I need need new card as my old card still got my maiden name on it... And before it was available in the Butique in TC section but I don't see it there anymore...

BTW: does anyone know if the currently given cards have some new layout?? My card is 2 years old now.

Actually I LOVED the old card you got in the end of the 90s or in early 2000s when it still was CDIFA and not TeamCeline - thar gold card with Celine logo on it!! That was so cute but I affort membership back than, heh...

my suggestion is to bring back the old website, the very first old one in black and orange, where in on the left corner it had celines autograph.

i totally loved that version and it loaded so much faster as well.

 

The current one is full of flash bits that take ages to load, and trying to find information on it is a nightmare.

 

Also ive joined up to CDIFC now, i havent received a member ship card, do they still issue them? and before they use to send newsletter every couple of months, does that still happen, and what about the christmas card, i se to get one from CDIFC on behalf on Celine and Rene.

I've been a TeamCeline member for 5 years and, to be honest, I'm not sure what I get from it. Since it was updated, I have trouble accessing my account when it worked perfectly before. I love the occasional videos we get to see and song previews but these are so rare it hardly seems worth it. Even presale tickets haven't come in so useful recently.

I check the website every day as it's the only place I find out 'reliable' news. However, it does seem that other people have access to this news much earlier and, if i knew their sources, I would probably refer to them too.

Obviously I'll continue to renew my membership... like many fans, I am blindly loyal to Celine, and I think TeamCeline relies on this fact and maybe even takes advantage.

My only gripe recently with the website, and especially TeamCeline is the commercial aspect. Okay, we all know this industry is about money and we accept that when we buy our Celine products (we certaily don't begrudge it) but recently the website has been so shamelessly exploitive... All the extra concert packages which make it difficult to choose and seem to favour the fans who have money... I would give anything to attend a sound check with Celine but I just can't afford it... I think the packages are a great idea but they shouldn't be so expensive as it makes the alternative seem so inferior and leaves real fans feeling left out...

Finally, offering tickets to the last show of A New Day to the fan who encouraged the most sales of Taking Chances... this really upset me... We all want Celine's album to sell well and we all want to promote it but to offer tickets to the person who secures the most presale requests through the online boutique is just unfair... I for one do not know enough people who would be interested in preordering when they can simply buy from shop... A great prize like tickets to the last show should not be reserved to those fans who bring in the most business... it is not a business deal... such a competition should be open and equal... I saved for a long time to see Celine but unfortunately the show was cancelled... I won't get the opportunity again because shows are now sold out and people are selling tickets on for almost £1000 each... I think the website 'competition' endorses this kind of behaviour...

yes i dont agree with the "who-brings-in-the-most-business-gets-tix-to-the-last-show" thingie. it just isnt fair! this is just like the vote for the fan of the month thing... it should be a random drawing to give off the tix to be fair

It would nice of there was something done to the AND section for the final show next Sunday. It's practically never changed since it was first created. There are broken images that don't load in the image section, the band list is incorrect and it's generally a bit dull. Maybe they could do something to liven it up a bit since there's such a big occasion coming up?

i personally loved the old websute, black and orange, had a Céline autograph in the centre left. The best site they had, good layout and easy to navigate, unlike the current one.
