You can hear the nuances of the instruments, the ambiance of the theatre, the quality of her singing...so, since I can't sleep, I may as well listen for an hour. So as I sit here and type... Geez, her accent is insane on ANDHC!! Out in full force...but cute, ya know? Oh, I wish she'd done that high note in the chorus she did on one bootleg from awhile ago, but alas she no longer does it. This is so cool. It's like finally getting the Live CD we should have gotten in the first place. And damn, she hits one great note in TLYM...playback? Don't know. Who cares!! This is the first time I've liked this song in a live setting. Aut0mat1c, you have to tell us what was going on in IA with that guy, when she says, "excuse me, sir". So I'm going to narrow her throatiness down to one thing...she sounds so tired. It's as though she's at the point where her throat is so overworked that it can't help but resort to collapsing slightly and being throaty. But geez, she's pulling it out the best she can...you can hear that. Still a good performance. She's a trooper. So despite the fact that Opening Night remains my fave bootleg if only for the sake of her voice that night, this bootleg reawakened a few songs for me. Thanks aut0mat1c!!
