Thanks for the info, Renato. It seems as if it's solely for the promotion of IL DIVO's new album. Seems very well the French version...which is odd. Would be the first time Sony would attempt to push a French song onto American radio waves.

if it would be a success i'm sure sony will make celine record an album in a week and make IBIY the first single to promote it - i still think it's possible this song is the first single from both of their albums .

To be honest I bet this song will get merely an OK radio play. the name Dion ain't a guaranty for a hit. Usher, Ciara or Snoop are however. haha anyway it will be played only on the AC radio.... :/

Still no Céline album.

No guys u're completely misled..this single will be for sure from Il Divo but it's a way to preannounce that Celine is coming back and I dont know when in the 2006 Celine will release her new album but this is not her single..the album will have the sticker saying "Including "I Believe in you" with Il Divo and the smash single........"

No one said the album will released in March could be April, summer time or fall who knows she still has vegas show so which period of the year it will come out doesnt matter!

i never understood why they chose to release her albums in march .

if they r going to release her album during the holidays the album would sell 2 million copies more .

first of all i think it will promote Il Divo cd and ONCP!!!!

second of alll it dosen't say that there won't be the new album this year because IBIY is for French single more and the single in my opinion will be the new song on the english album not an old song like IBIY.....

I think the album will be in this year beacuse Celine release at least one album a year... and she said that there will be new english and french album till vegas end so english 2006 french 2007 and the end dvd of vegas... she won't do the album after vegas because she will be resting on a trip and than she will try to have a baby so i think the new english album will be for sure this year

All that Céline said is that there will be two albums some time in future. A French one was the only one she specified it'd be "perhaps in one or two years".

we have arleady the French album ONCP so next will be english and then french so i think she won't release 2 new albums in 2007 and A New Day dvd.... as someone wrote she can release it in October like other cds... most of them were released in autumn

We already know inoficially Sony is planning a French album release for this fall. Nothing about an English CD so far.

No, 'cause Céline and Il Divo have recorded the version that we know from On Ne Change Pas; the English/French version. But there's also a totally English version. She could put that on an English cd.

But I think that they just make the original version single, and then (as VinnyT. said) put it on the English album with the sticker: "Including the hitsingle with Il Divo I Believe In You"

And if so, that brings an English album closer, 'cause they can't wait tó long, if they doe people won't remember the song anymore..

But I really hope it's going to be a hit (at least a small hit :ermm: ) then she just has to do a live-performance of it with Il Divo. And probably a video if this single is going to be released in more countries than only the US...

Yeah... I'm alive peaked at number 103 (or something like that) and Have you ever been in love is one of the songs which stayed under the Top 100 for a long long time.

I believe in you won't probably enter the Hot100 but I would be very happy if it's a success on the AC charts.

I loooove IBIY, but honostly, I'm looking forward to a BRAND NEW single. I really need some knew music in my collection. :xmas_tongue:

Well...if the single is really out, it will be Céline's FIRST commercial single since 2003. :shocking:

They should release this song on iTunes AND commercially = then this could mean a Top 50 debut on Billboard.
