Where were they when I really needed them to be by my side? Too busy. I guess it's hard for parents to realise that they've come to the point when they need their children more that the children need them. However, parents sholud respect their grown-up children's right to lead their own life...which sometimes includes leaving them alone. Am I wrong? 16 YEARS A FORUM MEMBER
