LuisMa Posted January 8, 2013 at 12:25 AM Posted January 8, 2013 at 12:25 AM (edited) I love lasagna. Gimme! It was good, although I didn't do many productive things. I guess Sunday is productive for me, but Monday is a lazy day. I hope to turn things around tomorrow. EDIT: later today, as it's already 1:27. We're sitting here relaxing, listening to music and petting our cats, who are on top of each of us. Edited January 8, 2013 at 12:28 AM by LuisMa
Del Posted January 8, 2013 at 12:28 AM Posted January 8, 2013 at 12:28 AM There will be leftovers. . tonight I ate dessert before supper. Strawberry rhubarb pie. Mmmmm Instagram: @delphis78
LuisMa Posted January 8, 2013 at 12:30 AM Posted January 8, 2013 at 12:30 AM (edited) I've never had that. I'm not too fond of strawberries. And thanks for the leftovers. My favorite ice cream place is closed for January, but I managed to call the owner and convince her to sell stuff to me even when it's closed. They make the most amazing raspberry sherbet and milk chocolate ice cream. Together, they are like... WOW! Edited January 8, 2013 at 12:30 AM by LuisMa
Del Posted January 8, 2013 at 12:33 AM Posted January 8, 2013 at 12:33 AM I send you lasagna... You send me that raspberry sherbet. I love anything raspberry. I remember when I was young I would go to a family members house and would pick then in the garden. I ate more then I picked. Instagram: @delphis78
LuisMa Posted January 8, 2013 at 12:35 AM Posted January 8, 2013 at 12:35 AM (edited) Deal! Yes, I love raspberries too. There are some cookies here called PIMS that are super soft like muffins. They are chocolate coated, and they have a raspberry filling. Mmmmm I can send you some as well. Edited January 8, 2013 at 12:36 AM by LuisMa

Bell Posted January 8, 2013 at 06:48 AM Posted January 8, 2013 at 06:48 AM (edited) Morning, guys! I just had my breakfast but started to get hugnry again as I'm reading your 'food' posts from last night! You know, something very funny came through my mind (I'm starting to laugh at the very word 'through' but you'll find out why a little later!) that my English teacher told us once about a former student. So... Both 'through' and 'during' can be translated in Bulgarian with the same word - 'през' (that's the reason English language has more words than Bulgarian; if 1 Bulgarian word has 3 meanings, there'll be 3 different words in English, one for each single meaning). So that guy (the student) knew he needed to say 'през' in English and he also knew that 'during' means 'през' so he said...'I AM LOOKING DURING THE WINDOW'!!! Bell Posted January 8, 2013 at 08:15 AM Posted January 8, 2013 at 08:15 AM Well, of course, I have my own 'foreign language goofs'. For example, I'm never really sure how to write words like 'approve', 'appreciate', 'apology' - '-p-' or '-pp-'. I go like 'One or two? One or two?!' and I need to check it every single time. 16 YEARS A FORUM MEMBER

celine-rc Posted January 8, 2013 at 11:07 AM Posted January 8, 2013 at 11:07 AM FIRST day back to school... I am soooo nervous about S... I think she is staying but don't want to be too sure... The only things that are helping me are "keep your head up" by Andy Grammar and Melissa Nkonda and mostly Celine's Fade away that I'm listening to on repeat... http://images.lpcdn.ca/435x290/201103/17/305341.jpg Merci Céline pour ces deux soirées inoubliables que j'ai passées à tes côtés. Je ne les oublierais jamais. J't'adore Céline. Merci. <3

I think thats why learning French is so difficult for me. I want to put it in English.Bell I have trouble with doubles also!I'd actually say I have a passion for foreign languages so I really like learning but it's not easy at all, I admit. And it's not only the doubles. Take the words 'weak' and 'week'. They sound exactly the same. When I talk, I don't have to think too much, I just say it. But when it comes to writing, I often ask myself 'So, now, which one?'.BTW, I've heard many foreigners saying that Bulgarian is a very difficult language. The sad thing is, I see too many (young) Bulgarians who seem not to know their native language! I read unthinkable mistakes on internet forums and I'm just and then ... LuisMa Posted January 8, 2013 at 01:02 PM Posted January 8, 2013 at 01:02 PM That's good. Hope you get everything done! I'm happy because I finally got my electric screwdriver, which had I bought a few days before, would have prevented some blisters I have in my hands. 1
Mrs.Goldman Posted January 8, 2013 at 01:03 PM Posted January 8, 2013 at 01:03 PM That screwdriver story is epic! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v68/CallingYou/shadowoflovesig-1.jpg
LuisMa Posted January 8, 2013 at 01:08 PM Posted January 8, 2013 at 01:08 PM I love working with tools, which keeps me in touch with my manhood. No, seriously, I never buy already-mounted furniture. I love putting it all together. Sometimes I make stupid mistakes, like the other day we were mounting a kitchen cabinet, and I hammered like 10 nails on the finished side of a white wooden sheet. Thank God I could remove the nails without breaking the sheet. 1
Mrs.Goldman Posted January 8, 2013 at 01:13 PM Posted January 8, 2013 at 01:13 PM i wanted to say "come to my house to put things together" ...........until i read the next sentence lmao http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v68/CallingYou/shadowoflovesig-1.jpg
