LuisMa Posted January 6, 2013 at 05:38 PM Posted January 6, 2013 at 05:38 PM I still need to do a few things, but I might as well sit here and relax a bit.

nano Posted January 6, 2013 at 05:49 PM Posted January 6, 2013 at 05:49 PM thinking about last year, what an adventure it was. "Today, I’m a person on a path of connecting with my source and understanding that I am on the leading edge of creation.."

LuisMa Posted January 6, 2013 at 06:10 PM Posted January 6, 2013 at 06:10 PM The only thing I love about being sick is that my singing voice doesn't sound as awful as it is when I'm fine.
Bell Posted January 6, 2013 at 06:18 PM Posted January 6, 2013 at 06:18 PM People should love you for always being so optimistic, Luis! 16 YEARS A FORUM MEMBER
Mrs.Goldman Posted January 6, 2013 at 06:19 PM Posted January 6, 2013 at 06:19 PM problem is. i used to be good. i haven't sang in many years by choice and it's natural that i am not going to be as good but still, there is a limit between "less good" and "aweful" http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v68/CallingYou/shadowoflovesig-1.jpg
LuisMa Posted January 6, 2013 at 06:21 PM Posted January 6, 2013 at 06:21 PM I try to be. I remember when I got kidney stones I was soooo in pain but I tried to find something to try to make me forget, so the first thing that came to my mind was "Stupid Girls" by Pink and there I was singing it all the way to the hospital. 2
Bell Posted January 6, 2013 at 06:29 PM Posted January 6, 2013 at 06:29 PM Well, Adi, you know your voice better than us but I heard 'L'amour peut prendre froid'. It's a very recent recording and I think you sound very good on it (and I'm not the only one). You're probably too hard on yourself (which is sometimes a good thing, I agree) and you shouldn't. Maybe you're having a hard moment but it will pass. If you practise a bit (because we all know that singing voice needs some practise), you'll get back in a good shape, I believe. Good luck! 16 YEARS A FORUM MEMBER

LuisMa Posted January 6, 2013 at 06:31 PM Posted January 6, 2013 at 06:31 PM I agree with Bell, and I'm pretty sure you'll be a heck of a good dentist as well if you keep fighting for your passion. 2

LuisMa Posted January 6, 2013 at 06:43 PM Posted January 6, 2013 at 06:43 PM I just did and I'm listening to it again. As I posted there: YOU'RE GREAT SO STOP COMPLAINING. And I mean it. And it's amazing also to see your face for the first time.

Del Posted January 6, 2013 at 06:48 PM Posted January 6, 2013 at 06:48 PM I've been taking down Christmas decorations for the past 3 hours. So sad to see them go. Instagram: @delphis78
LuisMa Posted January 6, 2013 at 06:48 PM Posted January 6, 2013 at 06:48 PM Yes, now I know the dentist I'll visit when I travel to Transilvania or Israel in the future!!!
LuisMa Posted January 6, 2013 at 06:50 PM Posted January 6, 2013 at 06:50 PM I've been taking down Christmas decorations for the past 3 hours. So sad to see them go. Yes, it's pretty sad. I still have to remove some stickers in a big kitchen window I have, and that's it... I also have to put the TAST back in its tray, as I took it out of the CD player yesterday...
Mrs.Goldman Posted January 6, 2013 at 06:51 PM Posted January 6, 2013 at 06:51 PM Awww Thank you guys.... and you know ym face! it's right here in my avatar! Luis, before i found an appartment here, i stayed at a hostel for a couple of weeks and there was an elderly british couple, a couple of hippies that were so amazing!!! they just traveled across europe with guitar and percussion and just played around beatles covers etc...anyway i jammed with them for a while and they wondered why i don't sing anymore so i explained i am starting med school, and the guy said i should name my future clinic "THE SINGING DENTIST" :D http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v68/CallingYou/shadowoflovesig-1.jpg
LuisMa Posted January 6, 2013 at 06:53 PM Posted January 6, 2013 at 06:53 PM I can't see your avatar. And that is a great idea for the name! If you sing to your patients while you work on them, that'll be a treat as well.
Mrs.Goldman Posted January 6, 2013 at 06:55 PM Posted January 6, 2013 at 06:55 PM I can't see your avatar. And that is a great idea for the name! If you sing to your patients while you work on them, that'll be a treat as well. hmmmm that's weird... it used to be there and i didn't take it off :S http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v68/CallingYou/shadowoflovesig-1.jpg
LuisMa Posted January 6, 2013 at 06:56 PM Posted January 6, 2013 at 06:56 PM hmmmm that's weird... it used to be there and i didn't take it off :S Probably it got "deleted" with the forum upgrade. I changed mine once, but for some reason it didn't show, so I went back to my Celine candle.
Mrs.Goldman Posted January 6, 2013 at 07:11 PM Posted January 6, 2013 at 07:11 PM well i changed it back... even though now it's so much smaller.. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v68/CallingYou/shadowoflovesig-1.jpg
LuisMa Posted January 6, 2013 at 07:12 PM Posted January 6, 2013 at 07:12 PM Now I can see you! And yes, I remember seeing that in the past, but I didn't speak with you back then. But I'm glad I do now. 1
DionFanAlways Posted January 6, 2013 at 07:14 PM Posted January 6, 2013 at 07:14 PM Mrs.Goldman: Wonderful cover! I love the feeling you put into it! I have had the time of my life following this woman! Much love.
LuisMa Posted January 6, 2013 at 07:15 PM Posted January 6, 2013 at 07:15 PM (edited) Adi, what's the story behind your nickname? And Bell, is your name Bell? Just wondering... And Sherri, I don't ask you because that's too obvious. Edited January 6, 2013 at 07:17 PM by LuisMa
Mrs.Goldman Posted January 6, 2013 at 07:21 PM Posted January 6, 2013 at 07:21 PM Adi, what's the story behind your nickname? I just adopted the last name of my future husband.. http://userserve-ak.last.fm/serve/_/211963/JeanJacques+Goldman.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v68/CallingYou/shadowoflovesig-1.jpg
LuisMa Posted January 6, 2013 at 07:22 PM Posted January 6, 2013 at 07:22 PM How stupid I was that it never crossed my mind Goldman could have been a reference to Jean Jacques.
