Over the past two years or so, I've been having some issues with anger, especially over things I can't control. It's like, I get so mad that I can't change them that I want to scream. Sometimes, I get so consumed with emotion that I feel like hurting the person I'm angry with (I would never act on these impulses, though.) That's not normally me, but lately I've felt like my temper is stronger than me. And the weird thing is after I woke up from it and went back to it (in between snoozes of the alarm) I was able to continue it. Could have been the fact that one of the last things I watched before going to bed was the ANDLILV dvd One Heart One Year or whatever.
