His name is Philippe and we met while he was studying at my university in Michigan for a year. We became really close and started dating. I visited him while I studied in France in 2009. I guess things didn't go as planned while I was there but whatever. So now I am in Lithuania doing an internship for the summer and one of the reasons why I came to Europe was to see him again. Now he is telling me that he does not want to see me while I am here because it is "too soon" and it would "hurt his heart" I keep asking him what he means by that and why he is angry at me and he won't give me a good answer. He just avoids the question by saying "I already told you". I think its so rude of him since he knew I was looking forward to returning to France.I think one reason why is he feels guilty for not sending me a Christmas present while I spent like 300 dollars on sending him gifts and also for his family.But he also says one reason is because he doesn't have a job yet and he needs to focus on that. I'm like come on! You can spend one weekend with me to celebrate my birthday, and we can talk things through.And he also acts like its so bad to talk to me once a week.He is just so weird. Am I right to be angry at him? I know you guys don't know everything that went on between us but seriously he is being a jerk and it seems like he doesn't care about my feelings. Well i see where your anger is coming from, but from the circumstances, it seems he needs his space... I think the more you question him the more he'll turn you away.I can tell you care a lot for him but whatever happened between you either made him angry with you, or made him heart broken and needs time to heal. Had about $400 more on the account than I expected, thought "wtf?" and looked at the recent transactions... I haven't heard a thing from the buyer, but she's already paid! Within an hour of receiving my email! How awesome is that for a first time buyer/0 feedback? So the guy is asleep in his chair in FORCH3 front row, he's an older guy, has a cane. His wife is beside him. Celine is about to sing 'Ne Me Quitte Pas' and she walks over and I guess she saw the guy's wife nudging him trying to wake him up bc Celine was gonna see he was asleep and Celine says, "Noo it's ok. Just let him sleep. Let him rest...it happens all the time. I take it as a compliment! Whenever I sing the twins go to sleep, Rene falls asleep in the recording studio and at shows all the time. I used to hate that, I used to think 'That's no respect, man!' but now I really take it as a compliment bc I would look to Rene in the recording studio for the 'ok' that I did something good and his approval and he'd be [insert snoring impression] snoozing away, keeping the beat with his head [more snoring impressions] and then I got successful, I don't want to sound pretentious but we didnt do too bad, we did ok, and I thought well, I don't need his 'ok' I'm doing pretty good on my own so I just let him nap." "And his poor wife is over here grasping hold of his arm and pinching him like WAKE UP and she can't even enjoy the show! I know it's late, we're gonna do a few more songs and then you'll probably go get a nice dinner and you'll be all full and you can get a great night's sleep, alright? So you just go back to sleep and you relax (tot he wife) and enjoy the show, ok?" bwahahahaha THEN at the end of the show she said goodnight to the audience and she turned to the sleepy dude and said, "Sweet dreams!" and waved haha She went ON AND ON! That is so funny! I met a tech guy that works for Celine at the shows later last night randomly who said, "Hey you were in the 2nd row stage left tonight... I remember you." bwhahahaha Then he proceeded to high five me. Such a nice bunch of folks. The security guard came up to me last night- he was sitting byt he stage pretty close to me, and he asked my name and he said, "Well I know you enjoyed the show. I got so much pleasure out of watching your face tonight- it really touched me to see how much you love Celine." That almost made me cryyyy. It's just written on our faces isn't it? What a great crew of people here. I don't want to go home. I want to stay and feel the love forever haha. Met a lady usher who said she had been working there ever since the very first AND show.
