How did you even hear of that, its not available in China Or the USA. Looks like Visa's answer to an American Express Platinum card.

I think it is available in both countries. And I actually know a few banks here have that card. They just won't let you apply it online. You can get it by invitation only.

 

The highest card by Visa for the general public is the so called Visa Signature card. However, Visa has other cards which are only for the top tier buyers, the Visa Infinite en the Visa Black Card.

The top of the top with Visa is the Visa Black Card, which can in a way be compared with AMEX' top tier card the AMEX Centurion (also called the AMEX Black Card). However, the real top of the top is the AMEX Centurion card which has better benefits then the Visa Black Card. In fact, you should be able to buy a private jet with the Centurion card, something you simple cannot do with the Visa Black Card (even if you have sufficient funds). Both cards offer so called concierge services but with the Centurion card you'll get a personal concierge, this means that you only have to deal with one person that is assigned to you while you get a bunch of concierges with Visa. Also, the AMEX card does come with full travel insurance and assistance (they'll even transfer your family in case of an emergency, etc...) and you'll be part of dozens of airlines, car rental companies, etc... top tier programs. This wil also get you priority seating, upgrades, etc... Yet something that Visa doesn't offer.

 

To add to the exclusiveness of the cards, both cards aren't made of ordinary plastic. While the Visa Black Card is made out of carbon graphite, the Amex Centurion card is made out of titanium (yes, that's correct, the Amex card is made out of metal).

 

Both cards are invitation only and come with a hefty fee. While the Visa Black Card can be seen as a bargain with an annual fee of 495 USD (the same as the AMEX Platinum), the AMEX Centurion comes with yearly fee of 2.500 USD... But it has to be said, if you have the funds, you let the money roll and you are invited to both programs there is no doubt that I would pay the 2.500 USD fee to have the most exclusive credit card in the world with the most exclusive benefits available.

 

Oh, just this, to be eligable for the Centurion you'll have to spend at least 250.000 USD annualy with the card but even with that kind of spending it remains invitation only

 

 

But for now, I think my regular AMEX and VISA card will do just fine

Here in Cork we have had our first snowfall of year. It's lovely to see but after last year, not sure if I want to see much more of it. I have to go out now to paint a room for my parents. Brrr. Just want to stay indoors.

I do know the real top of the top is the AMEX Centurion card which is not even available in China. The top cards in China now are the Visa Infinite card and the Master World Card. And the annual fee for both cards are 10,000 RMB which is almost 1,500 USD.

Lindsey, I'm gonna watch TTEOTW now on blu-ray and see if I can spot all the things you mentioned. I had a bit of shut eye and now I feel better. I don't know what the hell that guy injected me with, but I am numb. He injected me directly in the muscle, and it hurt like crap.

 

They say there is a lesson to be learned in everything you do. I guess the lesson I learned is that if your doctor tells you to rest, take things slow and be careful, he is not telling you that for his health... It means don't go frolicking ( I'm not sure whether or not that is the right word, but in Afrikaans I wan't to say baljaar ) in the ocean and go on with things as if nothing happened.

another long day on campus, very boring and its raining here and cold. I am so tired I stayed at my friend Jenny's house last night to watch a CMA Country Christmas and we watched SATC 2 after and ended up going to be around 2am and she comes in the room at 7:15 flips on the light and goes "Amanda you gotta get up." I just groaned and buried myself under the covers and was mumbling about it being to early. Lindsey OMG !!!! Celine's lady parts is something im definitely NOT interested in...and the worst part is that this is not the first time! i remember someone even did a screen cap from last time. it was during the photo shoot for all the way, i think a mother's day video ...can't remember properly. but she's in a chair by the pool and in one split second you can see she is going comando.

I ripped it from the DVD and converted it to mp4 files. The only down side is it breaks it into parts. I'm not sure whether or not you can do it with all ipods though. I have an ipod classic (I think) with a 120 GB memory. I have all my concerts on there. I can take Celine with me wherever I go...

 

Edit: By the way, tonight I'm gonna have dreams nightmares about Celine's lady parts and GINORMOUS injection needles

Do you have a program on your computer which you can use to rip the files from the DVD? I think you should be able to download one. Anybody knows good programs? I'm not very clued up with that.

 

Then you'll need another program to convert the files to mp4 because when you rip it, it will probably be in vob and the ipod can't read it.

 

Once you have them in mp4, open your itunes library and go to file, there should be an option where you can add a file or folder.

 

That is how I do it, not sure if somebody else knows an easier way.
