I used to have braces when I was like 12 I guess, cause I had a few teeth that were not straight. Well then I should've continued with another kind of braces, but I didn't want to, and now that I'm grown up, I regret it SO MUCH!! At the time I was like "yeah yeah, I won't mind the cosmetic effects".. yeah right. What did I know at 12?!? My parents should've just forced me. Cause nowadays I have a huge rip between my upper and lower teeth, so that I can't even bite everything properly (cause my teeth don't "meet" enough ), and one teeth that's like behind the other.. and I would really like to do something about it! Guess I sould go to a dentist.... Yeah I did. But I got it off bout one and a half years ago. Recently, the bottom front row is beginning to relapse to its original position so the braces got put back onto the front 6 teeth (from canine to canine). So yea, hurts like s*** now cuz I haven't had braces on for quite some time now. They're moving very fast nao. Maybe that's why they hurt so much. Eh? You're teeth doesn't meet? O.o That's weird. I know mine didn't meet while the teeth were shifting about. But after the procedure was done, they were fine. Oh you should go to a dentist to check it out!
Belle Céline Posted November 15, 2010 at 04:36 PM Posted November 15, 2010 at 04:36 PM ^^I had braces for three years in middle school and after I had mine taken off I had retainer for a while but I ended up breaking it and never telling my dad, not sure how he never found out but anyway I didn't tell him and just didn't wear it and now my two front top teeth are slightly crooked after being straight from the braces. Kind of wish I'd gotten the retainer fixed, but oh well nothing I can do about it now. I also think my teeth in the front shifted because my mouth is very small and I have a jaw line that goes down at an angle and there just aren't enough room in my mouth for all my teeth. I had to have several taken out before I could even get braces and then in high school I had to have my wisdom teeth out. On a positive note I think I did well on my Criminal Justice test just a bit ago. But no matter how I try to put my jaws and teeth, I can't make my teeth meet in the middle, so that I can push my tongue all the way "through" the teeth, cause there's this big rip. Had some Red Rooster (caffeine drink) which got me through the day yesterday and then I crashed hard. Can't believe Thanksgiving is only a week and some change away!
