On youtube when i type in MHWGO the fan upload is the very first for me. Follower by another fan upload and then finally the 2017 Billboard Music Award performance.

When I do the first video is a 42 million views fan video, then Taking Chances Tour one, and then the music video. It should be fixed.

It seems that videos posted wayyy long ago, like 10-15 years, seem to bypass inspection somehow a fair bit of the time. Could be wrong, that's just a feeling. I dunno when that one was posted that you're referring to.

I just don't understand why the YouTube algorithm isn't fixed. The music video should be on top. Even though it is shown when you search it as a shorts audio, yet not having it on top can disturb it's views even if it's a massive song on it's own.

I agree. But also, Team Celine has been really bad at managing her YouTube over the years.

Her listeners numbers are SO low. Madonna have like 40 millions on Spotify. Of course, thanks to her crappy collab with Sam Smith and her two lines on The Weekend's "Popular", where she is featured. But before that she had like 25 millions for so many moths. I refuse to believe that there are much more people listening to her than Celine. She is just included in so many big playlists and Celine not. Let's not speak about Apple Music, where in playlists like 90s Mariah is included with three songs and Celine is not even here. Her team or Sony should sign better contracts for her, cause you, things like that don't just happen... as Celine said in Love Again. 😃

And honestly i won't even count IACBTMN as a TikTok hit, it had such a short, forgotten life. Céline's songs, though, TikTok worthy(especially the recent ones from LMBTL, Courage) aren't getting attention from there, affecting her overall stream.

As per what you said about collabs, I 100% agree. She should do collaboration. I mean she had such a good opportunity to do a duet with Sia on Courage, but they chose to let them be a single artist song, same with LP's Change My Mind and Sam Smith's For the Lover That I Lost. Some great collaborations with new trending artists can really help Céline. TC needs to do a better job.


Ashes which was from Deadpool 2, an already well established franchise went popular too, and thanks to that, Céline Dion came in minds of young people.

Probably the release of Play Me Like A Love Song(Garden) can help since it's been asked a lot.


But to add, her current listeners number aren't too bad too. It's increased in the last 4 years, not much though but yes, it did

She's at #539. If you look at the bigger picture, her position seems bad, considering that Spotify grows every year. But let's take into consideration that she has poor playlisting, MHWGO being the highest with 42M.

Yup. Céline - or Sony, or whoever - seem to think that songs written or produced by “current” artists will mean a “hit” for Celine. They’ve been chasing this strategy for at least 15 years now.

What she needs of course is a duet / collaboration with a current artist. Sam Smith for example, massive Celine fan. Writes her a song. Did anyone at TeamCeline think to ask him to actually sing with her? Are we to believe he would actually say no? He gushes about her at every opportunity.

As for the lack of live CD / DVD releases, it’s baffling.
Many “lesser” artists than Celine continue to release them yet Celine is one of the biggest live artists in the world!

Frankly it just stinks of no-one at TeamCeline or Sony giving a damn!
