It would be incredible if this movie became a classic and she got tons of recognition.

It's just a shame that movies take so long to arrange and everything. If the acting world really loved her, it could still take a while before she was in front of audiences again. Unless it's with Netflix perhaps...

We knew it before, didn't we? It is an American version of an already existing German movies, and there is a role of a famous singer. So, it was obvious Celine was gonna play herself.

I personally don't mind. I can only see Celine playing a good & serious role in a French movie, not American one. But I don't speak French, so I am not sure whether I'd care that much about it.

Sam says filming is "almost" done. Wow that was quick! Give or take, filming just took a month and during a pandemic that is!

This is the first movie I've ever seen where the cast is posting beforehand and sharing photos from the set. Maybe I'm out of touch, but it seems very ususual.

Maybe Celines part was already filmed while she was still on tour, or even together with the Loreal ads, and now they shoot the rest. We know that Celine likes to do several things st the same time to save time.

She is gonna sing the soundtrack from the movie a year later at some TV show,where she is going to talk about her new English album and tour.

It surprises me to read they're almost done. It had been said in an article that filming was to finish next year in the US. Perhaps that info was wrong.

Looking at that picture again and I find it odd that they chose to not use her full name on the crates. In real life she uses her full name on everything, and everyone uses her full name (as opposed to Adele, Madonna, or Beyonce).

It's just all so strange to me.  Not even an acknowledgement that she's in a movie. If I lived under a rock I wouldn't know, lol!

I was hoping she'd get to play a character but I'll take whatever is coming my way.

I know but that means she would have flown to the UK. If that's the case, can she go under the radar while in the UK? All very hush hush (now).
