Although 2022 was a very difficult year for Celine, with her devastating health disorder, & with learning that she has Stiff Person Syndrome, and even though there wasn't any brand new major English or French albums released from Team Celine, there was still many amazing achievements & success Celine's albums, songs, and music videos had in 2022, so while it's still early in 2023, I created an impressive list of those achievements from last year to celebrate! I wasn't sure where to post this exactly, and since a large part of the list is celebrating the incredible streams Celine's albums and songs achieved in 2022, I thought this topic was a good place for the list to be posted in!

January- "To Love You More" reached 40 million views/plays!

I remembered that Sans Attendre sold over 1 million units. No way Courage only sold 200k worldwide?? I also thought TCOM was a lot more than that…

Exactly, Courage is +500K worldwide for sure. ANDHC is also underestimated. I don't trust this list...

That’s what a lot of younger generation do not understand. Actual albums sold, versus songs being streamed and/or digitally sold individually and compromised, versus a specific album being released and the units it shipped physically and purchased/streamed as a package.

Even TLYM is below the 40 mio threshold.

To be seen if Sony eventually invests to leverage on the huge Celine catalogue as it has done so with Mariah (the Christmas market) and Whitney (with more uptempo remixes).

I’ve tried to figure out why Celine’s streaming numbers are a bit low.

My mom and sister both loved Celine in the 90s. They used to always buy her CDs and play them on repeat. And now, they pretty much only listen to satellite radio.

I wish more Celine fans would stream her music.

Yes, I'm a Celine fan since the 90s and of course I have all her CDs and her music on my mobile phone. But I don't have a Spotify account. I only stream her music/watch her videos on YT. Do younger fans only stream her music on Spotify instead of buying her CDs? Sorry, I'm oldfashion, I can't imagine to have her music only in digital format.
